5Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description, size, spacing, all as directed.
6Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, all as directed.
7Excavation in trenches n.exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth for foundation etc and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
8Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
9Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
10Removing of surplus exacavated material (soil) to distance n.exc. 50m and disposing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
11Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft/loose soil n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in an ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and making good complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.
15M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, miltred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
16M&L for sand filling in trenches as a cushioning/bedding and haunching to PVC pipe including watering complete all as specified and as directed.
17M&L for100 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L for50 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/flooring complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
20M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills,lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span , cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, etc. and in similar works including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast bond stone set in CM 1:6 including necessary form workcomplete all as specified and directed.
22M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.
23M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width or girth, made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid ) made of PCC (1:2:4)type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregateand set in cement mortar 1:4 including all moulding complete all as specified & directed
25M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregateas in labs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed
26M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, flat, rough finsihed surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
27M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat, rough finsihed surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
28M & L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

30M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
31Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses,hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm, lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.
32M&L raised pointing to random rubble stone masonary uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L for sand stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.
34M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
35S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.
36S & F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, boltingetc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
37M&L for MS screws bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with wasahers and square nut, exc. 5 cm and n. exc. 10 cm long diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.
38S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

44S&F in repairs 1mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
45Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and directed.
46M&L10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface,finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed.
47M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walland applying two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistant as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of any shade as ordered (Company depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqmcomplete all as specified and directed .
48M&L for preparation of new plastered surface or previously untreated surface and applying two or more coatsof 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistant as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of any shade as ordered (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqmcomplete all as specified and directed .
49M&L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
50M & L for preparation of newly plasteredor previously untreated surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of white wash over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.
51M&L preparation of new steeland iron surfacesexceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintoveronecoat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
