1Brief scope of work for "Consultancy services for preparation of DPR for provisio of out patient department, Family ward, Delivery suite & X-ray dept bldg (G+1) at Military Hospital Fatehgarh" 1. DPR PART I (BUILDING) (a) Preparation of preliminary activities like soil investigation for proposed buildings as per IS specifications upto required over all depth and interval, topographical survey of complete surrounding area including approx 4000 sqm area of building (Contours at 0. 5m interval of height). Preparation of site plan, site conditions/features
2(b) Planning and proposal of site clearance and area development to include detailed info on trees to cut, buildings to be demolished and detailed estimation of materials which can be retrieved. (c) Preparation of detailed Architectural drawings for the approval plan of building (G+1) to include Layout plans, site plan, floorwise Plans, Sections and elevations, Typical Details of all bldgs as per latest NBC guidelines, Structural design and drawings would be prepared as per soil report. Structural design and drawings are to be vetted from IIT/NIT. Area of the buildings would be as per Scales of Accn 2022 and Scale of Hospital 2003 for Armed Forces and any anomalies is to be corrected in consultation with AGE(I) Fatehgarh and MH Fatehgarh Authorities. .
3(d) Building work for this project is to be constructed based on conventional RCC framed structure. Estimate is to be prepared based on SSR Rates/ED rate & market rates. Approved architectural/structural drawings are to be followed in the estimation of buildings for RCC framed construction. (e) Planning and design of internal services including water supply, Internal Electrification including complete electrical fitting and fixtures and details of fans for ventilations system, plumbing & sanitary items plumbing and sanitary items. (f) Design and Layout of lightening protection system. (g) Planning, Layout/Design of Cold storage system, Refrigerators, Water Coolers, Deep Freezers, (h) Planning and Design of Roof Top Solar PV System. (j) Planning, layout of hot water supply system with Geysers/Solar water system. (k) Design must be earth quake resistant and GRIHA norms to be strictly followed. (l) Any site clearance or site development if required to accommodate consultancy service has to be done by consultant without any extra cost.
42. DPR PART II (SERVICES) (a) Preparation of site clearance & development schedule, external B/R and E/M services schedules, AE Part I & II on MES SSR 2020 & market rate including analysis of rates alongwith supporting quotation details. Preparation of bill of quantities and estimates. (b) Preparation of detailed line Plan and specifications for external and Internal Services like Roads, Path & Culvert, Parking Area, Sewage, Area Drainage, Connecting passage, Security wall, Fencing & Gate. (c) Planning and detailed proposal for external electrification including standby DG sets, electric load calculation, location of existing tapping point, transmission/distribution lines with Size and capacity, requirement of transformer of suitable capacity and their connected load, substations requirements, HT & LTswitch gears, feeder pillar, street lights with poles and juction box, Solar lights etc. including High mast lights complete. (d) Planning and layout of a tentative external water supply scheme, calculation of water requirements, suitable pipes with sizes.
5(e) Detailed, design and planning of Sewage Disposal System. (f) Planning and design of lifts to include types, make of lifts, capacity/configuration and layout as per relevant IS codes. (g) Working out details of in-built and non in-built furniture and their layout. (h) Planning and layout of Fire Fighting System to include Fire Detection/smoke alarm system as per fire safety codes and preparation of Good for construction (GFC) drawings and obtaining necessary clearance from Centre for fire and Explosive and Environmental Safety (CFEES). (j) Layout plan and details of proposed scheme for "Roof Rainwater Harvesting" and Ground water recharging as per CGWB recommendations. (k) Planning of Landscaping/Arboriculture Note :- (i) All external/internal E/M services as given in chapter No. 18 under Scale of accn Hospital 2003 including any other services as per the latest engineering practice, NBC Norms and as suggested by Hospital Authorities should also be planned by the consultant and included in DPR. (ii) Consultant will provide complete design and breakup details with full justification Qty including design of all external/internal E/M services and also Breakup details including BOQ for tender documents.
63. DPR PART III (COST ESTIMATION) (a) Preparation of detailed estimate of buildings and services in the form as directed by AGE (I) Fatehgarh including Estimation of Quantities based on MES standard Schedule of Rate 2020, ED Rate 2016. Pricing is to be supported by auth documents and as per market rates. Estimation of buildings is to be done based on Arch and Structural drawings prepared & approved. (b) Preparation of BOQ for all internal and external services in prescribed format should be with full justification of Qty and Breakup details. 4. DPR PART IV (PROJECT AND TENDER DOCUMENTS) (a) Preparation of draft tender documents & approval of yard stick for payment to contractor in stages with full justification of quantities and breakup details. (b) Submission of 10 sets of complete DPR including Arch and structural drawings and AE Part I & II. 3D Physical Model in suitable scale is to be prepared in consultation with AGE(I) Fatehgarh (c) Respond to and rectify any shortcomings/anomalies detected in DPR at a later stage during the execution of main project.
