| 2 | Chair Easy (FD-229) All wood shall be of seasoned first class hard wood teak. Legs of chair shall be of 55mm x 25mm in section at place under side arms rest tapering to the bottom of legs to 25mm x 25mm in section. Front legs shall be joined by 50mm x 25mm in section rails provided below seat frame for the support of frame. Rear Legs shall be 55mm x 25mm in section below arms rest and 25mm x 25mm in section at the bottom of legs. Rear legs shallbe joined together by rear rails of 50mmx 25mm in section provided at the bottom of seat frame. Seat frame shall have the rear horizontal out of section 70mm x 40mm joining the sides of frame which shall be 70mm x 40mm at the back and 25mm x 25mm in section near the front rail. The Front rail of seat frame shall be out of 55mm x 25mm in section teak wood. The seat frame shall be of size 510mm long in front and 480mm long at rear and 575mm deep. the top horizontal rail of back rest shall be out of 55mm x 40mm and shall be 50mm x 20mm. The bottom horizontal frame of back rest shall be 55mm x 20mm in section. The sides of back rest frame shall joint the seat of chair and shall be out of 70mm x 25mm made to shape as shown on drawing. the arm rests out of 65mm x 25mm in section and 610mm long shall be provided in shape as shown on drawing. Seat and back shall be woven with plastic cane of 2mm wide 0.4mm thick Shah or Premier brand in Godrej Pattern. Hard rubber rings / PVC toes shall be provided to bottom of the all legs with screws. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French Polished with High Gloss finish. |
| 3 | Chair Writing (FD-280) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 535mm long, 470mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard woodteak. Front legs shall be of 55mmx 30mm in section and 660mm high up to bottom of arm rest. Rear legs shall be of 55mm30mm in section and 890mm high. The distance between outer legs in front side shall be 353mm and between outer side of leg at rear shall be 470mm . The legs shall be joined together at 460mm from bottom of legs by front, side and rear rails, 30mm x65mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing. Side stiffeners in 470mm side and at 100mmm from bottom of legs shall be provided of 25mm x 20mmin section stiffeners. One stiffener of 25mm x 20mm in section shall be provided in the middle of side stiffeners, joining side stiffeners. Two arm rest 60mm x 25mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing shall be provided on the side arms. Two back horizontal rests 50mm x 15mm in section made slightly curved out of 50mm 35mmin section wood shall be provided one at 20mm below the top of rear leg and other at 45mm below the bottom of upper top rest. Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type cane woven as per Godrej Pattern. The cane shall weigh not less than 6gms per ten running metre. The weaving shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be of Shaw or Premier brand. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Hard Rubber /PVC rings of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. |
| 4 | Table 900 x 600mm with Drawer (FD-283) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood teak. Legs shall be 60mmx 30mm in section throughout an 741mm high, four in numbers, jointed together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20mm x 110mm in section provided flush with top of legs. The lefthand side porting, viewing from front shall have drawer of 300mm wide , 25mm x 40mm in section teak wood stiffener on one side and 20mm x 30mm in section teak wood fillet on other side of drawer shallbe provided as shown on drawing. Track rails, 25mm x 25mm in section on one side and 30mm x 25mmm in section on other side of drawers having rebate for guide rails as 12mm x12mm in section shall be provided all as shown on drawing. The sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110mm high teak wood planks. The front of drawer shall be 20mm x 110mm in section teak wood plank. The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywoodTow bottom rails, one on each short side, shall be provided of 20mm x 60mm in section teak wood joining legs in short sides. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided at the top of legs to the portion visible to view when placed in position . The Top shall be of 18mm thick particle board commercial over which 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet shall be fixed. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the top of table. The top of table shall be flush with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. |
| 5 | Chair Dining (FD-279) Overall size shall be 440 mm long , 430 mm wide and 890 mm high. All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. Front leg shall be 30 mm x 55 mm in section throughout up to 460 mm high. Rear leg shall be 30 mm x 55 mm in section and 890 mm high.(Rest all as shown in drg) The cane shall be of White colour plastic cane shall be 2mm wide and .0.4 mm thickhalf round gola type of shah or premier brand and woven in Godrej Patteren. The cane shall weigh not less than 6 gms per 10 RM. All wood surface polished with high gloss melamine through spray machine. Hard Rubber/PVC Shoe shall be screwed to the bottom of the legs. |
| 6 | Table Dining 6 Person (FD-273) All as shown on drawing.Overall size shall be 1500mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak(MP) Legs shall be 75mmX40mm in section and 722mm high. 5mmX5mm in section groove shall be provided in the visible portion of top legs. 25mm thick and 100mm high top rails shall be provided in short and long sides joining the legs at top. Two numbers of teak wood stiffeners 100mm wide and 25mm thick shall be provided equally spaced joining the top long side top rails. Eight numbers wooden corners shall be provided joining legs with top rails. The shape shall be as directed by Engineer In Charge. Wooden corner shall be fixed with four screws. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick commercial particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per IS. Plastic laminated sheet, 1.5mm thick,in dark coffee shadeshall be fixed over the particle board with favicol. Hot pressed PVCedging shall be provided al round the top edge of table. Plastic laminated sheet shall be extended over teak wood edging as shown on drawings. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be Melamine polished in dark shade to high gloss finish with spray Gun (Rest all as shown on drg). All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melaminein dark shade with high gloss finish. Hard rubble/PVC shoes 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to bottom of all legs. |

| 11 | Hot Case (FD-364) All as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 1350 mm long, 540 mm wide and 1140 mm high. All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. Leg shall be 45mm x45 mm in section at top and 30mm x30mm in section at bottom , and 100 mm high made to shape as shown on Drg. leg shall be 4 in numbers and joint together by 19mm x 40mm stiffener in long and short size in such a way that top of stiffener shall flush with top of legs. Bottom of hot case shall be of 19mm thick wooden planks fixed on top of legs. The length of planks shall be 1330mm and width 520mm. The number of planks in 520mm width shall be not less than 150mm of each plank. The side and back shall be of 18mm thick particle board of teak veneer face out side and commercial on other. Front shall have shutters of 18mm teak veneer particle board. Top shall have teek wood frame of 75mm x 19mm long rails , 2 in numbers, 1330mm long joint by two side short rail 520mm long. 4 Numbers 19mm x 75mm stiffeners shall be provided to joining the long rail. Irrespective what is shown on drg 996 mm high partition vertical shall be provided in the front of shutter to support the front shutter. Two shutter on left hand side and one shutter on right hand side as shown on drg. Plain asbestos sheet shall be provided to the soffit of hot case. Aluminum sheet of 22 gauge shall be fixed to bottom, sides , soffit and shutter of hot case. 4 Number 12mm dia pins to support the iron frame of one shelf shall be provided as directed. Two shelves of welded mesh fixed on 12mm x 3mm flat iron frame shall be provided. Top shall have 25mm thick polishedstone slab of one piece of size 1350mm long and 540mm wide. 30mm dia SS Knobs shall be provided, two to left shutter and one to right shutter. Ball spring catch shall be provided to each shutter. Shutter shall be side hung with 75mm SS butt hinges and SS screw provided in two numbers in each shutters. All wood surface shall be melamine polish in dark coffee shade with high gloss finish and particle board shall be of same texture and shade Aluminum shell remain untreatedrest all as per drawing. |

| 14 | Charpoy IP (FD/MAP-II/01) The overall size shall be as per drg. The frame work shall be made of CRCA box sections as under :- (i) Long rails – 25x65mm box section of 16 gauge (ii) Short rail – 25x65mm box section of 16 gauge (iii) Legs – 32x32mm box section of 16 gauge. (iv) Stiffeners for legs – 2 Nos, each of 25x25mm box section of 16G thick. (v) Stiffener between long rails – 2 Nos, each of 16G thick. Top shall be 12mm thick commercial gde BWR ply wood conforming to Is-303. MS plate of size 32mmx32mmx5mm shall be welded under each leg and under the MS plate 3mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with rubber based adhesive. Three No cleats of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded to each short rail to support the ply. All metal work shall be pretreated with epoxy polyester powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns (ii) Slt spray test to with stand more than 1000hrs (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. Rest all as specified as per drawings Irrespective of what is shown in drawing,35mm x 5mm flat iron mild steel bend to right angle as directed shall be provided on four corners charpoy MNF set shall be of 19mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6mm & shall be provided in ‘T’ shape. The top horizontal length shall be of 900mm. The vertical height shall be of 1480mm joined in middle of horizontal by welding. The ends shall be plugged with 1.2mm thick mild steel sheet and welded as directed. Two key holes shall be provided in vertical of MNF set for fixing in head and foot boards. Two Nos 15mm x 3 mm and 80mm long flat iron of mild steel bend to shape shall be provided for holding when not in use. |
| 15 | Recepticle with Bucket - FD-1044 All as per drawing except the following :-Painting :Flat iron lever foot rest and other flat iron portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer. GI sheets portion shall be remain untreated. |
