1Notes:- 1. Repair/replacement of sewage line and manhole work shall be carried out in hilly terrain and at some locations where approach is difficult, mobilisation of equipment/ machineries and materials to the location is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 2. If any diversion of line is necessitated as per site requirement, permission from user and E/M subdivision have to be taken before execution. 3. All complaints regarding blockage in sewage line, manholes, traps etc should be cleared within 12 working hours of handing over of complaints through online or offline. Otherwise a penalty of Rs.500 per complaint will be recovered from contractor. 4. Overflow from any manholes or sewage lines resulting in unhygenic conditions should be attended within 24 working hours either by clearing the blockage in line or pumping out the sewage. Otherwise a penalty of Rs.1000 per complaint will be recovered from contractor. 5. Contractor should ensure the availability of sewage cleaning staff through out the period of contract. Necessary entry passes may be obtained to ensure the availability of labour whenever needed. 6. Contractor should ensure the safety of labours while working in manholes by checking the availability of oxygen and confirming the absence of foul gases like methane etc. 7. Contractor should not dump any waste inside INA campus and should carry all the construction waste and sewage waste outside the INA premises without any extra cost to department. If any waste is found dumped inside INA premises, a penalty of Rs.5000 per load will be recovered from contractor in this regard. 8.Contractor should maintain seperate registers for each area with details of complaints and should obtain signature of user after completion of each complaint. This register needs to be submitted to Engg in charge on every saturday for cross checking. 9. For works related to laying of new sewage line, contractor should clean the vegetations (other than trees) at site without any extra cost to the department. The rate of excavation for new sewage line on manhole construction includes the rate of site clearence needed at site.
2Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 100/ 110 mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC/PVC) set in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/ walls, if required (work in foul condition and in shaft) complete all as specified and as directed.
3All as per item No.02 above but for 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
4All as per item No.02 above but for 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
5Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
6Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m and not exc 3.0m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
7Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
8Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5mtr wide and depth exc 1.5mtr and n exc 3m and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.
9Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.
10Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
11Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
12S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length as in waste pipe fixed with rubber ring joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
13All as per item No.12 above but fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&L for 150mm (internal dia of pipe) reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collar in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
15Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 200 mm dia, 197.40 (ID)/230.50 (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 with and including all items and activities required to make sewer line functional complete all as specified and as directed.
16M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 concrete bed to drain pipes of dia 100/110 mm packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
17M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 concrete bed to drain pipes of dia 150mm packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
18M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 concrete bed to drain pipes of dia 200mm packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
19Demolition of laterite blocks/ brickwork/ Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar (work in foul condition) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out for demolition of existing manholes andmaking new manholes by blocking the incoming flow and open after completing the manholes as per direction. The work shall be carried out promptly with proper planning. All rates are included in the quoted rate.
20M&L for laterite stone walling of rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
21Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
22M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate)as in copings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
23M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement but using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
24M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
25All as per item No.24 above but work in foul condition complete all as specified and as directed.
26Supply only intergral waterproofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.
27Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (size and colour to match with the existing tiles) in vertical surfaces etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed in patches, area n.exc 5 sqm each including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds etc complete all as specified and as directed.
29M&L for coloured nonskid ceramic tiles in floors (size and colour to match with the existing tiles) in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed in patches, area n.exc 5 sqm each including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds etc complete all as specified and as directed.
30Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
31All as per item No.30 above but work in foul condition complete all as specified and as directed.
32M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and in any drain complete all as specified and as directed.
33M&L for PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, drain channel, manholes etc complete all as specified and as directed.
34All as per item No.33 above but work in foul condition complete all as specified and as directed.

66S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, "Orissa" pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and "P" or "S" trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe etc complete including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor to match with existing specifications as specified and directed.
67S&F in repairs 32mm dia PVC flexible waste pipe for urinals/WHB/ sink etc complete all as specified and as directed.
68S&F in repair health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified.
69S&F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets of 10 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
70Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
71S&F mild steel frame work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bar shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, ladders, framed brackets, etc and similiar work conforming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
72M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
73M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 100mm to 200 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
