| 1 | Labour for checking and attending complaints of ACs, water coolers, Refrigerators etc of any capacity, rectification minor defects and make the equipment functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The contractor mush submit copy of valid competency certificate of two (02) AC mechanics each having minimum working experience of 02 years in the field of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. The certificate should be issued by OEM only, stating the technical qualification & experience of the mechanics to be deployed, failing which the bid of the contractor is liable to be rejected. (b) Any parts required forreplacementshall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (c) The contractor should detail minimum one AC Mechanic & one helper to attend complaints dailly in HQ IDS, DAIRA during working hour. (d) The minor complaint be attended within 2 hours. (e) If the complaint not attended/not completed with in 2 hours recovery will be done as follows:- (i) Attended between 2-4 hours @Rs 100 (ii) between 4-12 hours @Rs 200 (iii) For nextevery 12 hours @Rs 500 |
