Therefore following procedure shall be followed during cleaning of OHT. (a)Cleaning of water tanks with high pressure water jet with pressure not exeeding 28Kg/Sqcm and remove all masses algae and dirt. (b)Removal of dirty water alongwith sludge using sludge machines and disposal of the same to a safe distance. (c)Scrubbing of floors using industrial vacuum cleaner. (d)Applying of anti bacterial sterilization to walls floors and roofs of tanks. (e)Testing of water shall be carried out after cleaning of tank and a certificate to this effect shall be submitted while claiming payment . (f)Tank capacity and date of cleaning shall be marked on tanks neatly with oil paint all as directed by the EIC. Location : Pump House No 2 (Near MES Colony) Note : Cleaning of reservoirs shall be carried out the gap in between 4-5 months or as and when required/demanded by the Engr-in-Charge. |
