NAME OF WORK :SPL REPAIR TO ROAD OF JCO"S ACCOMODATION INMANEKSHA ENCLAVE UNDERGE (WEST),JABALPUR.

2Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per ten sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and shield with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.
3Scarifying of old bituminous surface/gravelled macadam n exc 50 mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
4Scraping or picking gravelledexc 50 mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L Water bound macadam (WBM) 15 cm thick (in two layers of 7.5cm thick each layer) (compacted thickness) with crushed stone aggregate of grading II (63 to 40 mm size) ( Granite, trap or basalt), spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidating to requiredgradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L Water bound macadam (WBM) 7.5 cm thickin one layer (compacted thickness) with crushed stone aggregate of grading II (63 to 40 mm size) ( Granite, trap or basalt), spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidating to requiredgradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L Water bound macadam (WBM)(except material) of 7.5cm thick each layer (compacted thickness) with crushed stone aggregate of grading II (63 to 40 mm size) ( Granite,Trap or Basalt), spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidating to requiredgradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Material obtained from scraifying will be used for WBM
8M&L for Preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with Mechanical Compressure to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly with mechanical sprayer a priming /tack coat with bitumen (VG-10,Bitumen confirming to IS 73-2006) @ 10 kg/10 sqmcomplete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface withMechanical compressure to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous emulsion@ 5 kg per 10 sq metres using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.
10M&L Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mixbitumen of grade VG-30 (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix bitumen of grade VG-30, withusing asphalt mechanical mixer plant & consolidated with 8 to 10 ton power road roller to required level gradient, camber and super elevation complete all as specified and directed..
12M&L for laying 30mm Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 ton power road roller to required level gradient, camber and super elevation complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 1.5 to 2mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using "HOT MARK" thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxiide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer"s instructionscomplete all as specified and directed.
14S&F in repairs, cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflectorfixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructionsand to be fixed with Epoxy- Resin based adhesive or Special Hot Melt Bitumen adhesive avoiding nails etc complete all as specified and directed.
15S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete allas per manufacturer"s instructions etc.complete all as specified and directed.
16S&F in repair 100% water proof metal tubular solardelineator (as per IRC 79-1981)made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed
17M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required, by 8 to 12 Ton power roller complete all specified and directed. Note:- (i)Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done byroller only.
18Taking down Cross drainage rain water pipes ,AC/PVCpipesof any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.
19S&F, 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes singlesocketed in any lengthlaid in floor / trenches in required gradient complete all as specified and directed.
20Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from the premises completeall as specified and directed.
21Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forcomplete all as specified and directed.
22Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or rivetted or forged into spikes and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified.
23Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thicknesslaid dry in floors, aprons etc. all as specified and directed
24M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc including ramming/tamping and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
25M & L for 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade coloured precast concrete Paver block with grey cementand pigment, conforming to IS 15658-2006,including interlocking at side by tamping using wooden mallet and fixed,overand including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. .
26Refixing of old paver block of any thickness including levelling interlocking at sides and temping by using wooden mallet over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.( Note : Old serviceable paver block retrieved against dismantling shall be re-used)
27M & L for Factory madeprecast PCC blocks (1:2:4)type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in kerb stone including rounding/chamfering and finished exposed surface even and smooth and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm garded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plate, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed including provision of necessary form work and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified.
29M&L 15mm thick Rendering in CM 1:4on brick or concrete surfaces, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
30M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
31S&F in repair 300mm dia (bore) RCC Hume pipesclass NP-3 laid to slope and jointed in cement morter (1:1) complete with collars complete all as specified and as directedspecified.
32M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girthover cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etccomplete all as specified and directed
33Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm dittocomplete all as specified and directed
34Dismantling of brick masonry work, built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.
35M&L for brick masonry works straightor curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) using FLY ASH old size sub class "B" Bricks complete all as specified and directed.
36All as above but except brick ( Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved against dismantlingshall be re-used )
37Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
38Excavation in treanches n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells exc 10 sqm on plan in soft/loosesoil complete all as specified and directed.
39Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
40Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed.
41M&L for preparation of old painted concrete/plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and apply Two coat of synthetic enamel paint in required colour/ shade including making good old surface by using water proof putty complete all as specified and directed.
42M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of surface by using water proof putty complete all as specified and as directed.
43Preparation of plastered or unplastered new surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paintcomplete all as specified.
44Schedule of credit amount of Rs 45200.00 to be deducted during AOC
