THE SCOPE OF WORK COVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT FOR OPERATION OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM ON ROUND THE CLOCK BASIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: 1.Operation of fire tender Ø Routine operation and road run of fire tender in every shift. Ø Daily checking of fire vehicle’s equipments before routine rounds and maintaining records of the same. Ø Operation of fire tender during any firefighting/ emergency situation inside the terminal or to nearby external plants if required as desired by Engineer-in-charge. Ø Operation of fire tender during mock drills. Ø Daily cleaning/ maintenance of fire vehicle like checking of oil level, fuel level, coolant level, tyre pressure, lights etc. Ø Daily cleaning and checking of its fire equipments like N2 cylinder pressure, DCP quantity, Foam level, water level etc. Ø Maintaining fire tender logbook in every shift. Ø Regular participation in Squad drill <(>&<)> Fire drill. Ø Operating fire pump of the fire tender during firefighting and mock drills. 2.The qualification and experience of the personnel to be deployed as DCPO.
