Bearing make should be SKF or FAG only and bearing OEM conformity certificate is required. • Oil seal should be as per AMNS recommendation. Oil seal make should be Parker or merkel only. Oil seal MOC should be Viton only. • Hold back should be as per AMNS recommendation. It’s make and model number to be mentioned in drawing. • Shaft, pinion, gears and casing MOC to be mentioned in drawing. Gears and pinion shaft MOC must be 18CrNiMo7. Shaft, pinion, gears forging ratio should be 4:1 and test report to be submitted for review. • Gearbox internal lube oil piping details to be incorporated in drawing. Lubrication must be from top side. Lube oil line for all 4 bearings, gear meshing and hold back to be given and for the bearings it should be direct to the bearing housing as bearings are W33 and should be directly to the bearing only. lube oil line diagram to be approved by AMNS team 5 All material including hardwares MTC or material TC from NABL lab confirming the material will be used for GB manufacturing with vendor name. 6 Inspection from AMNS will be carried out at vendor place in non-painting condition only after submitting the IIR and test run of the gear box.
