All Required PPES for the Job. 3. WC Policy / Group Insurance. 4. All Transportation of Manpower <(>&<)> Material in vendor scope up to the department gate (Bus/vehicle facility). 5. Deployment of 7 Skilled lancers and 4 riggers required for the job for 8 Hrs./day in all 3 A-B-C shift,26 days/Month. (Every Week 1 off to be given to each person) 6. Deployment of 2 skilled lancer <(>&<)> 1 rigger at scrap yard area SMP-2 in A-B-C shift as per schedule given. BC-CD Bay Scope of Lancer <(>&<)> Rigger 1. Segregation of slag and metal as per job requirement as <(>&<)> when. 2. CONARC Slag Pot Skull lancing and cutting at SMP-2. 3. LADLE FURNACE Slag Pot lancing and cutting at SMP-2. 5. Cutting skull into small pcs. and charging into scrap bucket by magnetic cranes. 5. Shifting of skull from slag dumping area to skull cutting designated area and shifting of cut skull to magnetic crane approach for scrap making. 6. Housekeeping of the assigned area. 7. Cutting of Slab end cut from CSP <(>&<)> INI Caster including Shifting. 8. 20 Ton <(>&<)> 25 Ton Bucket Preparation for scrap charging in Conarc. 9. Miscellaneous Lancing Activities at SMP2 Area. 10. Lancing of Pot Jam as and when required at designated location. 11. Lancing of Iron Stickers in Slag Pot. 12. Lancing to be done as per SOP of by product Lancing De-Dusting System. 13. Shifting of Spares and consumables from designated area to workplace as and when required. 14. Timely Execution of Work at Site. 15. Following of all AM/NS India SOP <(>&<)> Safety Norms. SCOPE OF WORK AMNS INDIA: 1.Provide consumables for Lancing Jobs. 2.Specific Penalty for non -conformity of required manpower as mentioned above. 3.Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be Cardinally measured. 4.Penalty to be imposed in case of non-compliance to HSE norms / Safety violation. 5.Specific Penalty for Non-Conformity of work. 6.Penalty shall be imposed in case of Non-competency Matrix Latest Revision. 7.If any property damage occurs while Lancing <(>&<)> Rigging job
