4Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150/200 mm bore RCC/SGSW set in cement mortar and of taking out from trenches if required complete all as specified and directed.
5Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid and bedded dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.
6Supply and fixReinforced concrete pipes of 150mm dia,class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.
7Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid and bedded dia of pipe 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.
8Material and Labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of dia 200 mm complete all as sepecified and directed.
9Demolition of brick work/stone masonry/ PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
10Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.50 m depth& n. Exc 1.50m wide for foundation etc & getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.
11Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering & Well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cmthick in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.
12Removing excavated material in soft/disintegrated rock exc 250m & not exc 500m and depositingwhere directed at a level n. exc 1.50m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
13Material and Labour PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
14Material and Labour forold size bricks with fly ash bricks straight orcurved on plan exc. 6m mean radiusand setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc. complete all as specified as directed.
15Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 onBrick or stone or concretesurfaces finished even and faircomplete all as specified and directed.

17Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc incld raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
18Completeremoval of exisiting treatment on wall surfaces and preparation of old wall surfaces by filling holes etc and applying two coats of acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat ofexterior primer on wall complete all as specified and directed
19Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfeces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paintovera coat of primer. complete all as specified and directed .
20Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate)with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar(1:6), complete all as sepecified and directed.
21Material and Labour Rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 & finishedeven and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as sepecified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as sepecified and directed.
23Material and Labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) but except stone incl removing mortar and cleaning the stone, stacking for measurement and removal and disposing of debris etc complete all as specified and directed.
24Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought uptocourse with 40mm maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface complete all as specified and directed.
25Flush pointing to random rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified directed.
26Material and Labour for Providing PCC (1:24) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/Channel of drain etc complete all as specified and directed.
27Material and labour for 600 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking down existing unservicable pipe complete all as specified and directed.
28Material and Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 40mm graded agg as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 600 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
29Dewatering/Desludging of manholes (any size), desilting and removing sludge from manholes mechanically as in foul conditions and removing of sludge up to distance exc 150Mand n.exc 200M and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil and disposed off surplus soil, refixing manhole cover extra etc depth n. exc 1.0 mtr of manhole, complete all as sepecified and directed.
30Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4on other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfacesfinished even and smooth with using WPC as per manufacturer recommendations in Manhole complete all as sepecified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".
31Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
32Cleaning of under ground sewage line by excavation and breaking the existing sewage line (minimum two pipe length), removing the blockage, rejoining with new pipe length complete including material and labour, necessary excavation, returning filing, supply of new SGSW/RCC pipeof required lengthshaunching the new pipe length with PCC 1:3:6 typeC-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) all as directed in situations where cleaning is not possible by rodding, at any depth for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified & asdirected.
33All as per item No 33above but 200 mm bore pipe complete all as sepecified and directed.
34Dismantling stone slabs and tiles bedded and pointed in any type of mortar any thickness & any description complete all as sepecified and directed.
35Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and directed
36Material and Labour for 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical sufaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as sepecified and directed.
37Material and Labour Non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as sepecified and directed.
38Material and Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub basecomplete all as sepecified and directed.

NOTE: Shade of the tile shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

56Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm in width or girth & applying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as sepecified and directed.
57Material and Labour Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n exc10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as sepecified and directed.

60Material and Labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint to old steel surfaces over10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as sepecified and directed.
61Supply and Fix 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes cut to size and fixed in walls as in weep holes complete all as sepecified and directed.
62Supply & Fixing in repair of 610 mm Super Reinforced Barb Helix Coil along with three nos. of Harpoon Ripper horizontal tension strands on existing "Y"angle posts over the boundary wall.The three tension strands should be fixed at the end of the three arms of the existing "Y" angle and the helix of 700mm should be placed in between these three wires so as to circumscribe the angle . The three straight strands of SRPBT should be fixed tothese angles after applying the required tension by Tensioner Machine and fixed by Box clipping (3/8") at tensioning points so that these wires retains the tension. The helix of RPBT is to be fixed in such a manner that it toches at least one of the three tensioning wires passing along the three arms of the "Y" angle with minimum 6 spirals per Running meter of fence, thus circumscribing the angle with equal clip to clip spacing . One number "J" clipping is to be done along the length of the fence at one meter interval for fixing the coils alternately to the individual strands with minimum three "J" clippings at each joint of two corresponding coils or horizontal strands complete all as sepecified and directed.
63Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint over aexterior primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.
