28M&L bus bar box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply outdoor cubical type, dist and vermin proof, floor block mounting type suitable for outdoor applications of size 600mm x 600mm x 450mm, using 40mm x 40mm x5mm angle iron frame with shutter and locking arrangement painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer (internally and externally) for box, height above ground 600mm and graouted 300mm below ground, legs of frame shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (size 300 x 300 x 300mm block) and complete includig 40mm x 10mm 04 nos 500 mm longaluminium busbar fixed on insulators with proper colour coding including making connecteions with cable of size 300 sqmm with necessary lugs and chromium plated glands complete all as specified and directed.

35Runway, Road path culverts/Hard standing
36Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge.
37Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power road rollerincludingfillingin soft spots, depressions etc., which occurduringrollingto required camber and gradient etc. including watering before andduring rolling complete all as specified.
38Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc 50m butn.exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a levelabove starting point complete all as specified and directed.
39M&L for soil stabilization of 500mm sub grade soil by uniform mixing at site of OPC 43 gradeCement @ 3% by weight of soil (3% cement to be assumed for rate estimation only, actual type of additive and percentage of blending to be executed as given in mix design.Mix design to also contain recommended tests with their frequency for quality control).Exact quantity of cement shall be arrived after trials on ground to achieve the required CBR/K value.Execution will be by mechanical means (like rotovator), adding required water and rolling and compacted with power vibrating roller/vibratory soil compactor to achieve K value.complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Rate will include pulvrizing of soil, spreading of cement/stabilizer as required by design mix, sprinkling of water and compacting to achieve finish of subgrade as per clause 902 of MORTH specifications/98% Max Dry Density.Relevant provisions of IRC:SP: 89-2010 will be applicable for process and quality control. (ii) The mix design for soil stabilization to achieve minimum field soaked "k" value of not less than 5 Kg/cm2/cmand minimum lab soaked CBR value of 8 with UCS as 1 MPa shall be got done from an approved laboratory, using the proposed samples of excavated earth and cement to be incorporated in the work. A trial bay will be laid and compacted approx. 50m long and 12 m wide. No payment shall be made for construction of trial length and quoted rate is deemed to include for this provision. Field test shall be carried out over the trial bay (field density, "k" value & CBR value). On satisfactory test resuts further works to be processed. In the event of the test fail to give the min. density & "k" value, the mix shall be re-designed and fresh trial bay laid to get the satisfactory result. (iii) Dry density shall be taken on the same day after completing the final compaction.Method for Dry density shall be followed as per MORTH. (v) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of cement on lesser side, the difference in quantity of cement will be adjusted ( Minus) through supply only rates of cement here in after. However no price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement is used / approved in the execution of work under this item.
40Suppy only ordinary portland cement in bags of 50 Kg each by considering blending of cement @ 3.0% complete all as specified and directed.
41Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc 1.50km butn.exc 5.00km and depositing where directed at a levelabove starting point complete all as specified and directed.
42Laying and compacting 200 mm (compacted thickness) Granular sub-base course (GSB) Grade-V in a single layer as specified in Table 400-1 of Morth specification for road and bridge works,2013, with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the graing required. The materials are mechanicallly mixed, spread and levelled on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 Kn static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber Complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH 2013.
43Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (Compacted thickness) in two layers of 100 mm each wet mix macadam (WMM) grading as per Table 400-13 of Morth specification for road and bridge works,2013, manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 Kn static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber Complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH 2013 complete all as specified and directed.
44M&L for providing and laying DLC 150mm thick laving compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa at 07 days (para 4.1 IRC:SP:49-2014) for each consecutive group of 05 cubes.Individual strength of each cube must not be less than 7 Mpa at 07 days(para 4.1: IRC;SP:49-2014).DLC laid over prepared and laid WMM with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS-383, size of aggregates not exceeding 26.5mm (Grading and other parameters as per Table 600-1 of MORTH&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works/Table 1 IRC:SP:49-2014).Min cement content must not be less than 140 Kg/cum (para 4.2 IRC:SP:49-2014) mixed in Batching Plant, Transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled rollers with 80-100KN of static weight to achieve min dry density not less than 98% of Max dry density, which shall be performed after final rolling and compaction on the same day and vibratory capacity including necessary formwork, finishing etc compete all as specified and directed. Note:(a)75mm extra width both side is to be carried out for fessible movement of the slip form paver which will be performed from formation level upto DLC. (b) The extra qty are also included in the specified qty.
45M&L 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer. The sand cushion must not contain stones/other hard or uneven matter as specified and directed. (No additional amount will be paid for overlap).
46Supplying and laying (no addl payment of overlap) 400micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips as minimum 100mm and transverse joints at ends as minimum 150mm etc complete as specified and directed.
47M&L for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 350mm thick of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45kg/sq cm or 4.5 Mpa aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of curshed stone or gravel fine aggregate of clean natural sand or curshed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240oC and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacture as per IS 16481:2016.PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip form paver of minimum 7.50m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed.Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC : 15-2017. Notes:- (i) The rate of initial curing with curing compound included in the quoted rate & the same shall be performed after brooming with instipulated pd as per MORTH specifiecation.(Curing compound shall be carried out @ 5 to 6 sqm/ltr). (ii) The rate for Non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement shall be incl in quoted rate. (iii) All type of joints shall be measured and paid separately. Curing compound will be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, and rate for use of curing compound shall be measured and paid separetely . (iv)No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joints.Deduction however be made for space occupied by expansion joints. (v) Minimum cement content per cubic metre of concrete shall be 400 Kg per cum. However actual cement content shall be worked out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (vi) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (vii) The trial bay will be executed as per above specifications and shall be got approved from GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (viii) Surface shall be finished by traverse brooming of maximum 1.5 mm deep as per ICAO or as per requirement of Air Force authority.Brooming shall be done through attachment in mechanical paver and rate is incl in quoted rate.
48M&L for cutting of construction joints 25mm deep and 10mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleanded thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris.Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and puring the sealant.Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12mm dia,filled with polyurethane based sealant(Top 13mm leaving 3 mm recess), Hydrolysis/water resistance testincluding initial 3mm wide saw cut upto 1/3rd depth of slab (within 8 to 24 hrs) complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 years performance guarantee, applying masked tap on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed. Note :The specification shall be followed for NLB also.
49M & L for forming dummy/contraction joint 25mm deep and10mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleanded thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris.Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and puring the sealant.Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12mm dia, filled with polyurethane based sealant(Top 12mm leaving 3 mm recess), Hydrolysis/water resistance testincluding initial 3mm wide saw cut upto 1/3rd depth of slab (within 8 to 24 hrs) complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 years performance guarantee, applying masked tap on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed. 50Material and labour cutting of 25mm wide expansion joints upto full depth of concrete slab (intial cut of 10 mm upto full depth cut by diamond cutter machine within 8 to 24 hours of casting)andfilled with pre formed compressible filler board (HD-100) of required depth,provision of closed cell polythene backup rod 30 mm dia (minimum depth over back up rod shall be 15mm leaving 3mm recess), 02 coats of priming the vertical side of joints and sealing the joint (Top 12mm) with single component polyurethane sealant conforming to requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test and applying masking tape on edge at joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF minimum ±30% and manufacturer"s warranty for 10 (ten) years complete all as per manufacturer"s instructions all as specified. Note : (i) Rounding of Edges shall performed with mechanical grinder up to 5-6 mm dia. The cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)Expansion joints shall not be upto 30m as per MORTH specification.The cost of full depth cuttting as required for forming expansion joints at such locations shall also be deemed included in the contractor"s quoted rate for above item. (iii) Filling of joints shall be done by a mechanized system. (iv) Cost of Compressible rubber filler board ( Silfex / supreme )shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v)Initial cutting shall be commenced as 1/3rd of the depth and width of the final cutting within 8-24hrs after final curing period(28days). (vi) The specification shall be followed for NLB also.
51Preparing new concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (continuous/un-interrupted), arrows, letters, etc exceeding 10 cm width with two coats of waterbased road marking paint in white,golden,yellow or red colour over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as directed. Paint and primer shall be of Asian/Shalimar/Berger/J&N/Nerolac make.

59Laying and compacting 100 mm thick (Compacted thickness) in single layerwet mix macadam (WMM) grading as per Table 400-13 of Morth specification for road and bridge works,2013, manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 Kn static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber Complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH 2013 complete all as specified and directed.
60M&L for providing and laying DLC 150mm thick laving compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa at 07 days (para 4.1 IRC:SP:49-2014) for each consecutive group of 05 cubes.Individual strength of each cube must not be less than 5.5 Mpa at 07 days(para 4.1: IRC;SP:49-2014).DLC laid over prepared and laid WMM with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS-383, size of aggregates not exceeding 26.5mm (Grading and other parameters as per Table 600-1 of MORTH&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works/Table 1 IRC:SP:49-2014).Min cement content must not be less than 140 Kg/cum (para 4.2 IRC:SP:49-2014) mixed in Batching Plant, Transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled rollers with 80-100KN of static weight to achieve min dry density not less than 98% of Max dry density, which shall be performed after final rolling and compaction on the same day and vibratory capacity including necessary formwork, finishing etc compete all as specified and directed. Note:(a)75mm extra width both side is to be carried out for fessible movement of the slip form paver which will be performed from formation level upto DLC. (b) The extra qty are also included in the specified qty.
61M&L 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer. The sand cushion must not contain stones/other hard or uneven matter as specified and directed. (No additional amount will be paid for overlap).
62Supplying and laying (no addl payment of overlap) 400micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips as minimum 100mm and transverse joints at ends as minimum 150mm etc complete as specified and directed.
63M&L for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 150mm thick of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45kg/sq cm or 4.5 Mpa aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of curshed stone or gravel fine aggregate of clean natural sand or curshed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240oC and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacture as per IS 16481:2016.PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip form paver of minimum 7.50m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed.Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC : 15-2017. Notes:- (i) The rate of initial curing with curing compound included in the quoted rate & the same shall be performed after brooming with instipulated pd as per MORTH specifiecation.(Curing compound shall be carried out @ 5 to 6 sqm/ltr). (ii) The rate for Non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement shall be incl in quoted rate. (iii) All type of joints shall be measured and paid separately. Curing compound will be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, and rate for use of curing compound shall be measured and paid separetely . (iv)No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joints.Deduction however be made for space occupied by expansion joints. (v) Minimum cement content per cubic metre of concrete shall be 400 Kg per cum. However actual cement content shall be worked out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (vi) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (vii) The trial bay will be executed as per above specifications and shall be got approved from GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (viii) Surface shall be finished by traverse brooming of maximum 1.5 mm deep as per ICAO or as per requirement of Air Force authority.Brooming shall be done through attachment in mechanical paver and rate is incl in quoted rate.
64Material and labour cutting of 25mm wide expansion joints upto full depth of concrete slab (intial cut of 10 mm upto full depth cut by diamond cutter machine within 8 to 24 hours of casting)andfilled with pre formed compressible filler board (HD-100) of required depth,provision of closed cell polythene backup rod 30 mm dia (minimum depth over back up rod shall be 15mm leaving 3mm recess), 02 coats of priming the vertical side of joints and sealing the joint (Top 12mm) with single component polyurethane sealant conforming to requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test and applying masking tape on edge at joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF minimum ±30% and manufacturer"s warranty for 10 (ten) years complete all as per manufacturer"s instructions all as specified. Note : (i) Rounding of Edges shall performed with mechanical grinder up to 5-6 mm dia. The cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)Expansion joints shall not be upto 30m as per MORTH specification.The cost of full depth cuttting as required for forming expansion joints at such locations shall also be deemed included in the contractor"s quoted rate for above item. (iii) Filling of joints shall be done by a mechanized system. (iv) Cost of Compressible rubber filler board ( Silfex / supreme )shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v)Initial cutting shall be commenced as 1/3rd of the depth and width of the final cutting within 8-24hrs after final curing period(28days). (vi) The specification shall be followed for NLB also.
65M&L for cutting of construction joints 25mm deep and 10mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleanded thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris.Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and puring the sealant.Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12mm dia,filled with polyurethane based sealant(Top 13mm leaving 3 mm recess), Hydrolysis/water resistance testincluding initial 3mm wide saw cut upto 1/3rd depth of slab (within 8 to 24 hrs) complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 years performance guarantee, applying masked tap on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed. Note :The specification shall be followed for NLB also.

68Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power road rollerincludingfillingin soft spots, depressions etc., which occurduringrollingto required camber and gradient etc. including watering before andduring rolling complete all as specified.
69M&L for forming embankment filling with usable material obtained from demolition of WBM and GSB and blending with soil of 30% (total quantity as per direction of Engr In Charge) including spreading, levrlling, watering, ramming, pulverising through mechanical opeeration and rolling the mixture and consolidation the surface (300mm compacted thikness) in two layers of 150mm each (compacted thickness) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:(a)old GSB/WMM to be obtained from the item No 03 of demolion schedule. (b)The soil to be obtained from the item No 32 above & 35 below.
