5Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, ground masonry, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
6Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
7Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
8Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
9Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.,) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
10Material and labour for stone walling of square rubbled masanory, regular coursed (bangalore type) well bounded and solidity hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
11All as per item No. 10 here-in-before but except stones.
12Material and labour for racking out joints/ pointing to to block in course masonry, or concrete block walling in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
13Material and labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
14Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width Type C1 (1:3:6) set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
15All as per item No.14 here-in-before but except block or slabs.
16Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
17Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.50 Cum in any type of soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
18Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling or mass concrete for fencing post etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
19Supply and fix for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
20Supply and fix for joist channel, angle or Tee sections (Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A) fixed independently without conecting plates etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
21Supply and fix for framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conformig to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
22Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
23Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
24Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia of wire and 2mm dia of barbed at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandre nails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
25Restringing and resecuring of existing barbed wire including making good staples added fixed in repairs etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
26Supply and fix Concertina coil 600mm dia in stretched position hot deep galvanised MS steel wire centre to centre barb distance 48 mm thickness of strip 50 mm, length of barb - 10.5 mm spiral, diameter of spring wire - 2.5 mm, No of spiral (No of turns) 50/51 per coil, clips per spiral 15 aprox weight 8.25 kg per coil (recommended coil strech length 6 meter) coated with CLR anti corrosive coating making diamond shape with help of dovetailed clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron, the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coiled touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) confirming with IS as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs and the like, set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
28Supply and fix for high strength, deformed steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
29Supply and fix for high strength, deformed steel TMT 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
30Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
31Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection, pavement etc., and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
32Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases, floors, pavings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
33Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
34Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver block (rubber finish on top) of M-30 grade made by block making machine (PV mould) and of approved size and design /shape laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in paved areas, inculding taking dismantling old interlocking blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
35Supply and fix for non skid (rough) endura high thickness tiles of 10/12 mm thick of approved size and shape and colour with minimum flexural strength of 38 N/mm2 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including 15 mm thick cement mortar bedding in 1:6 (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisies complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
36Material and labour for coloured rubberised chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300X300X25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
37Supply and fix for prepainted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
38Supply and fix for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
39Material and labour for preparation of preparation of new undercoated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer through mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
40Material and labour for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
41Material and labour for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
42Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spot supply and fix for boring holes and cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying one coat of cement base paint through mechanical means, including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
43Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spot supply and fix for boring holes and cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying one coat of white wash including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
44Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding up to 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
45Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holesand cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
46Demilition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
47Material and labour for 12mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambspillars, window cells, cooking platforms and like with 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:3 and pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
48Material and labour for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick with 10 mm th backing in cement mortar 1:3 and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
49Removing demolished materials i.e building material concrete debris etc to a distance of 30KM above or beyond, the lead incl in the rates incl loading, unloading and stacking at the destinationall as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land druing or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable regulations.
