8Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of gradeM-30of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (using 20 mm nominal gauge graded stoneaggregate) for R.C.C. work in foundations and plinths like raft, strip foundations, equipment foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns, plinth beams, plinths for walls, pardis and steel stanchions etc. and in superstructure like R.C.C. columns, beams, walls, pardis etc. and making arrangement for bailing out of any seepage water and underneath, dewatering, formwork, cover blocks, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) complete including centering, shuttering, fair finish to receive paint coat etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 10Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of gradeM-20of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (1 cement: 1.5 fine aggregate :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for R.C.C. work at ground level like grade slab, pavement, flooring, storm water drains etc. including formwork, cover blocks, providing gap for expansion joints, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel), centering, Shuttering, rough / smooth finish as directed etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Minimum cement content shall not be less than 350 kg/cum.)
11Providing and laying GP-2 (Fosroc) or any other approved equivalent anti-shrinkage grouting in pockets/ sleeves, under base plates of structural columns as specified in the drawing, dynamicmachinessuchassmallpumpsand compressors as per manufacturer"s specifications, complete in all respects including shuttering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and fixing in position steel bars reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. footings, raft, retaining wall, shear wall, lift wall,foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and bar bending schedules, including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding, supporting as required etc. includingbindingwith 18 SWGannealedwire, Thermo-Mechanically Treated steel bars TMT steel reinforcements as per IS: 1786 including all necessary handling at all heights and depths complete in all respects and as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge. (Fe 500D/550D of only TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL make steel to be used)
13Supplying, fabricating, erecting, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel work in rolled steel joints, channels, angles tees, flats, plates, lattice members built up / compound sections in columns, portals, girders, beams,bracings, trusses, purlins, rafters,staircase, steps, hand-railings,walkway, cat ladder with cages, toeplates, side walling, trestles,Conveyor gantries etc. includinggusset plates, anchor plates etc., including necessary M.S. pipe scaffolding at all heights, surface painting as approved by EIC by shot blasting/Mechanical/Chemical means as directed, site and shop fasteners, riveting, bolting, welding at shop or work site at all heights etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Owner / Consultant. 14Fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections, fixed with connecting plates or angle cleats in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connecting to truss members, joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making riveted / bolted / welded connections and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting complete. (RCF will supply only structural steel free of cost at RCF stores.)

18Providing and fixing 40mm diameter and 1.5mm thick stainless steel railing in S.S.304 grade including fabricating, fixtures, erecting, necessary welding, grinding, finishing, buffing to stainless steel pipe etc. complete.
19Providing and fixing rolling shutter fabricated from steel laths of minimum thickness 0.9 mm with lock plate of 3.15 mm thickness reinforced with 35 x 35 x 5 mm angle section fitted with sliding bolts and handles for both sides, deep M.S. channel section of depth and thickness not less than 65 mm and 3.15 mm respectively with hold fast arrangements, M.S. bracket plate 300 x 300 x 3.15 mm minimum size and shape with square bar, suspension shaft of minimum 32 mm diameter, hood cover of M.S. sheet not less than 0.9 mm thickness and of any size at top and safety devices including mechanical gear operation arrangement consisting of worm gear wheels and worms of high grade cast iron or mild steel and one coat of red lead primer & oil painting etc. Complete.
20Providing and laying 55mm average thick Indian Patent Stone flooring with metalic hardner (ironite 4kg/sqm) includingglass / PVC strips for panelling at various elevations, in alternate panelsin cement concrete 1:2:4 with 20mm down graded chips finished with floating coat of neat cement including all works but not limited to preparation of base, finishing, rounding corners & junctions, curing etc., including edge shuttering if necessary, with all materials complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The minimum cement content irrespective of design mix should be 300 kg/cum.
21Providing and constructing second class burnt brick masonry incement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including striking joints, watering etc. complete in foundation and plinth.

24Providing at all heights 20 mm thick external cement plaster on brick work,exposed surfaces ofRCClintels,beams etc. in all position including base coat of 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 kharsalia sand or packed sand as directed by EIC) using approved waterproofing compound at 1 KG per cement bag and curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing by taking out grains and curing for 14 days etc., complete in all respects and as directed including necessary scaffolding etc. complete.
25Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite/ quartzite/ gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water, striking joints on un exposed faces and watering complete.
26Providing and Laying vitrified glossy/matt finish tiles (Size up to 600 mm x 600 mm as directed by EIC, thickness to be specified by manufacturer) ofKajaria/ Nitco/ Asian/ Somany/ RAK/ Johnson or equivalent make of approved quality, shade and pattern for flooring and skirting in required position laid on a bed of cement mortar 1:4 including cement float joint filling with white/colour cement slurry, cleaning, curing including making existing floor suitable to fix new tiles in proper level etc. complete as instructed by EIC.
27Providing & fixing granite stone (telephone black or as directed) 18 to 20 mm thickfor door & window sills/ jambs/ frame/ riser/ tread, urinal partitions etc. in single/double stem including nosing sharp edges wherever necessary as directed by EIC.
28Providing and fixing 25 mm to 30 mm thick polished black kadappa stone slab for partition/sills/lintels or as directed of approved quality giving required size and shape, fixing in cement mortar 1:3 and curing etc. complete.
29Providing and applying 100% Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved make and shade (Apex of Asian paint / Weather coat of Berger paint / Excel of Nerolac paint or approved equivalent) in two or more coats over one coat of compatible primer including M.S. pipe scaffolding, scrapping, cleaning, washing etc. complete as directed by EIC. (Note: Two layer scaffolding shall be provided. Width shall be got approved from EIC before execution).
30Providing & applying Asian paints / Nerolac / Berger make or equivalent plastic emulsion paint in two coats of approved colour and shade to the existing surface including scaffolding, removing existing paint, preparing the surface etc. complete (excluding primer coat).

37Providing, supplying & fixing in position colour anodized extruded aluminium partitions, fully glazed having frame made out of extruded tubular section of size 40 x 60 x 2 mm with 5.0 mm thick toughened splinter proof glass fixed with aluminium glass clips 12 x 12 mm and rubber cushioning beading to glass partition as per approved drawing and specification etc. complete as directed by EIC.
38Supplying and pasting GARWARE or equivalent polyester film, of approved colour & reflective range over glass panes at all elevation including preparation of glass, spraying of chemical over glass, pressing of film by wiper without any bubbles done by a professional agency complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
39Providing & Fixing of ALUMINUM Lay in Plain metal ceiling of ARMSTRONG or equivalent make consisting of 600 x 600mm Lay in tiles in 0.7 mm thick Aluminum pre-coated to Global white color to be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 24mm wide T- section flanges color white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees. The tiles would have Fire Performance of Class A2-s1.d0 as per EN13501 standard in module size of 600 X 600mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 50%. The tile shall be laid on 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34 Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2and need to be installed with Suspension system. The rates are inclusive of supplying and fixing of Recess for lightning, AC diffuser, return diffuser as directed by EIC. No deduction will be made for lighting fixtures.
40Raised flooring :- Supply and installation of raised flooringof specification as: 250mm high, panel size -600mmx600mmx31mm (as per manufacturer) made up from cement core, at bottom-0.5mm G.I. sheet, at top 0.9mm G.I sheet and on top of core -1.2 mm high abrasive antistatic laminate, full edge bidding, concentrated load : 4500 n (at centre of panel), UDL : 2200 kg/sq.m., fire rating : 1 hour (f-60), pedestals - base plate: 100mm x 100mm x 2mm thick, top plate : 90 mm dia. with 3 mm thickness, pedestal base pipe : 25mm dia with 1.6 mm wall thickness, welded to base plate, pedestal top pipe : 32 mm dia. reducer pipe with 1.6 mm wall thickness, welded to top plate, stringers : 25 x 25 x 1mm, air plugs : split surface mount integrated raised floor grommets - 25 nos., extended raise floor grommets - 5 nos. along with skirting of 4 inch height (entire data centre). Rate includes supply & installation including all materials and manpower, tools & tackles etc. complete.
41Supplying, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and /or welded hot dipped galvanized grating in walkways, platforms etc. (fabricated as per approved drawing) made out of contractors own MS flats 25mm to 35mm thick as main members, HYSD reinforcement bars as secondary members etc. including cutting to required size, shape, making hole of required size, making the edges smooth, getting it hot dip galvanized after fabrication, erecting using GI clamps, nut bolts and washers for the structures up to and including the platform in all level category etc. complete as directed by EIC.All material to be supplied by the contractor. HYSD reinforcement shall confirm to IS:1786 fe415 and MS flat shall confirm to IS:2062. Hot dip galvanizing shall be of 86 microns thickness conforming to IS:2629.Payment for GI gratings shall be made as per the actual physical weight of the GI grating as obtained at site. This includes supplying, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and/ or welded hot. Approximate weight of grating shall be 35 to 40 kg/sq.m.
