10Providing and laying RCC of grade 1:11/2:3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel formwork and supply & fabrication charges of tor steel reinforcement all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
11Fabrication of tor steel reinforcement Fe500for RCC work including tying and placing in position,uncoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

14Cleaning the hauling carriage rails and holes provided on them by removing all dirt, dust and other debris etc. by power brushing and disposing the debris to the nearest waste dumping locations inside CSL all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (1operation means cleaning the entire rail length on both sides of DockI/Dock II.)
15Maintenance of existing DSL cover plate by remove the existing plate with angle, cutting and repalce the corroded supprting angle, anchoring new base plate in concrete usingmechanical anchor for fixing new suppoting angle and erecting the same in position by welding, fixing the angle with plate to line and level using depatmentally supplied bolts,replacing of corroded/wornout angles and removal of scrap to the nearest scrap yard within 1km. The rate quoted should be inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materilas, labour etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(bolts, drilling machine, compressed air, oxygen, acetylene,epoxy primer, paint, welding rods etc. will be given by CSL free of hire and cost)
16Maintenance of DSL cover using existing cover plate and horizontalangle
17Maintenance of DSL cover using new cover plate cut to the required size at Hull Shop, fixing the same at site after removal of the worn out plates, angles if required after painting 2 coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer.
18Fabrication of all size of structural steel works associated with covers of shoulder drains/service ducts/ trench covers etc in docks & quays area by cutting, welding of all types of steel sections of any size and weight using steel items as per drawing or as instructed, erecting in position by welding, embedding in concrete to line and level. The rate quoted should be inclusive of labour for collection of materails from Store, erection of fabricated plate to correct line & level, removal of corroded/wornout structurals to the nearest scrap yard etc. including hire charges of labour, machinery, other incidentals etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (concrete & cement, required if any, will be measured & paid separately)

29Replacing neoprene pads after dismantling the rails of various lengths and sizes including removing the rail clip fittings, earthing of rails and fish plates by applying rust remover or by cutting as required, cleaning the dismantled items, refixing the rails to correct line and level with reusable or new neoprene pads in line of neoprene pad packings, fittings and fish plates,fixing with reusable or new clips with reusable or new bolts, nuts& washers after cleaning the inside of nylon casing already fixed in the crane track by using compressed air including all labour, and cost of rust remover, disposal of unusable materials etc to the nearest scrap yard etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Neoprene pads, MS plates for packings and rail clip fittings will be issued by the department free of cost.)
30Dismantling the rails of various lengths and sizes, after removing the rail clip fittings, earthing of railsand fish plates by applying rust remover or by cutting as by required, cleaning the dismantled items, transporting the rails to Hull Shop, getting them straightened and transporting back to site, refixing to correct line and level with reusable or new neoprene pads / M.S plates in lieu of new neoprene pads packings, reusable or new clip fittings and fish plates,fixinf of earthingincluding all labour, disposal of unusable materials to the nearest scrap yard etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Neoprene pads, scrap for packings and rail clip fittings will be issued by the department free of cost.)
31Correcting to line and level the rails of various lengths and sizes, after removing the rail clip fittings, earthing of rails and fish plates by applying rust remover or by cutting, cleaning the items, providing packing wherever necessary, fixing with reusable or new clip fittings, fixing the earthing for rail and fish plates including all labour, transporatation, cost of rust remover etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Scrap for packings and rail clip fittings will be issued by the department free of cost.)
32Tightening nuts of rail clips/ fish plates already provided using pneumatic wrench including cost of all labour etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (pneumatic wrench and compressed air will be issued by CSL free of cost)

35Drilling suitable holes in the crane track to a depth of 150 mm (approx.) to accommodate the nylon casing with spring and bolt, cleaning the holes, placing the bolt assembly to correct line and level, grouting using flowable polyesterbased or epoxy resin based material with properties as shown in manufactures specification fixing the rail clips after 4 hours using nuts and washers etc. including cost of epoxy resin based material etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(nylon casing, bolt assembly, rail clips etc will be issued by CSL free of cost)

38Providing and laying bitumen sand mix (128 kg bitumen per M3 of sand and 0.60 m3 of sand per 100 m2) on both sides of rails on crane tracks, manhole covers etc. as per required shape for protection from water including cost of labour, materials for heating bitumen, mixing, laying and consolidating by ramming, hire of tools and plants, sundry stores etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Including cost of Bitumen).
39Painting bands of size 35x15 cm (Approx.)on the sides ofGantry/LLTC crane track with synthetic enamel paint two coats of approved quality and coloured after rubbing and thoroughly cleaningand if necessary washing the concrete surface including cost and conveyance, labour and all other incidentals etc .complete all as directed by the Engineer -in -charge.
40Painting the letters /figures of size 5cm to 10cm /arrows on the surface already prepared with synthetic enamel paint two coats of approved quality and colour including cost and conveyance , labour and all other incidentals etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.
41Levelling the base of crane track having a width of 20cm and the average levelling thickness varies from 5mm to 10mm or more depending on joints/ other areas using high strength epoxy resin grout or high strength cementitious grout after thoroughly cleaning the surface free of dust, oil, grease etc. The rate quoted should be inclusive ofhire charges of labour, tools all other incidentals etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Epoxy resin based / cementitious grout will be supplied by CSL free of cost.)
42Supplying following high strength epoxy resin grout or high strength cementitious grout of make FOSROC/ SIKA/PDILITE
43High strength cementitious grout (EP 75 or eqivalent make). Consider base rate of chemical as ` 255/Ltr.
44High strength epoxy resin grout (EP 10 or equivalent make). Consider base rate of chemical as ` 1290/Ltr.
45Cutting and drilling the new rails in Maintenance Shop as per site requirements after taking the rails from steelyard and taking the cut & drilled rails to Hull shop for straightening. The rails are then transferred to Machine Shop for edge straightening and transported to the sites from machine shop. The cost is inclusive of labour charges, other incidentals etc complete. (Crane, fork, trailer, cometto etc required for transportation of rails will be supplied by CSL free of hire & cost)
46Drilling holes of dia 16mm - 32mm in concrete having a depth of 150-300mm to accomodate threaded round bars of dia 18-30 mm/ bolts of dia 18-30mm to correct line and level, injection chemical (FISHER/HILTI) with proportion as shown in manufactures specification. Rate quoted should beinclusive of hire charges of drilling machine, labour, cost of chemical etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(threaded 18-30mm bars/ bolts of dia 18-30mm will be issued by CSL free of cost.)
47Supplying following type anchoring chemicals of make HILTI/FISHER/FOSROC.
48High strength epoxyanchoring chemical. Consider base rate of chemical as `3000/foil.
49Low strength epoxyanchoring chemical. Consider base rate of chemical as `1300/foil.
50Fixing 10-20mm dia anchor bolts (suppiled by CSL free of cost) after drilling suitable holes in various depth as per the requirements, placing the boltto correct line and level. Rate quoted should beinclusive of hire charges of drilling machine, labour, etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
51Fixing the edge angles on the side of crane tracks by means of 12mm/16mm dia rods fixed to line and level in concrete @ 1m c/c using flowable polyester based orepoxy resin based material with proportion as shown in manufactures specification. Inserting the angles to the already fixed rods by means of drilling suitable holes in angles at location of rods, joining the angle and rod by means of welding and cutting of any extra length of rod at the top level of angle etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(12mm/16mm dia rod and angle will be issued by CSL free of cost)
52Cleaning the crane tracks of docks & quays by removingpaper, plastic, cotton waste, cardboard etc. and disposing the debris to the waste bin inside CSL all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
53Supplying man power for urgent petty works in connection with the maintenance of crane tracks, Trolley ducts etc.

58Cropping and renewal of hauling carriage rail and its brackets at Repair Dock & Building Dock, End stoppers of all gantry & LLTT cranes by fabrication of all size of structural steel works associated with the renewal of end stoppers of cranes, hauling carriage rails etc by cutting, welding of all types of steel sections of any size and weight using steel items as per drawing or as instructed, erecting in position by welding, embedding in concrete to line and level and removal of corroded/wornout structurals to the nearest scrap yard etc. including hire charges of labour, machinery, other incidentals etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Crane, forklift, welding rods etc. will be issued by CSL free of cost. Demolishion of concrete, laying of new concrete & cement will be measuerd and paid separately)
59Painting of crane track clearence line 100mm wide using two coats of Synthetic enamal paint (Yellow colour) of approved brand after throughly cleaning the pavement block surface of any dust, sand etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, other incidentals etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Plain area measured for payment)

62Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road/ paved surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road/ paved surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
