| 1 | Providing and laying the ready mixed concrete (RMC) of M-30 grade (53 Grade Cement – 360 Kg OPC + 40 kg GGBS) using 20mm down gradedbroken stone for precast concrete supporting block (surface shall be finished smooth & level to an accuracy of +3mm) as per approved drawing manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer to site of laying including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of cement, labour for laying, consolidating by vibration, curing for 28 days, cost of steel form work embedding the M.S pipe in line and level during casting, providing chamfer of size 30mmx30mm, cost of admixtures in reccomended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of tor steel, pipe, fabrication charges etc. (which will be paid separately in corresponding items). Casted blocks are to be stacked within the area alotted or within 50m of its periphery as instructed by Engineer-in-Chargeafter 14 days of casting by the contractor. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of tools, machineries, equipments etc.for block shifting etc complete. |
