Availability of healthy equipment / machine with necessary attachment as per requirement of job and instruction of AM/NS in charge. 2. Requirement is 20 Hrs. per day / 600 Hrs. Per Month or 10 hrs per day/ 300 Hrs. Per Month, however billing as per availability. 3. Operation and maintenance of machine / equipment with all tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumable spares, fuel, and lubricants. All the tools and tackles deployed by Vendor should be certified by competent authority for use in factory. Such certificate should be duly valid at all points of time and a copy of same must be submitted to AM/NS engineer-in-charge after each updation. 4. Vendor shall provide competent manpower / operator for machine / equipment operation and regular maintenance having experienced crew who deliver without any obstacles in operation / production. Road safety must be followed for the safe movement at any given site. 5. Fuel filling must be done at the site and fuel bowser should have experienced crew for the said operation ensuring safety at work as per the safety standards of AMNS. Necessary fire management gadgets must be available for the use in case abnormal situation/emergency. 6. Vendor shall execute the job satisfactorily as per the directives and requirements set by AMNS Engineer In-charge. 7. Equipment’s availability must be maintained as per agreement and in case of any break-down, availability of maintenance crew must be ensured for 24x7 days, 365 days’ basis, to have fastest revival. 8. Vendor must ensure timely renewal of comprehensive vehicle insurance, RTO, permit, fitness certificate and puc etc. 9. In case of breakdown of longer duration, vendor shall arrange spare equipment / machine for immediate replacement and smooth functioning at site 10. All type of maintenance including all spares <(>&<)> fuel shall be provided by vendor for the equipment/ machine, fuel refilling to be done at site. 11. Attendance log sheet will be maintained on daily basis and same to be maintained for a period of 02 years (for auditing). 12. Before deploying equipment / machine for operation at start of each shift, Operator / driver has to religiously fill the comprehensive operator checklist every day and its records shall be maintained for a period of 02 years. 13. If equipment replacement during long duration breakdown is delayed, deduction/penalty shall be made on pro-rata basis for breakdown hours / non-availability of equipment. 14. Penalty will be applicable for violating sop, and any damage to plant property as per AM/NS policy. Work order price includes operation of machine, fuel, maintenance, consumables <(>&<)> spares as per requirement. 18. Specific penalty for non-performance by the vendor and must be cardinally measured. 19. For 10 hrs working of equipment – Operator’s availability must be 12 hrs from 7am to 7 pm then only operation of 10 hours shall be certified by AMNS Engineer In-charge. 20. For 20 hrs working equipment - Operator’s availability must be 24 hrs then only operation of 20 hours shall be by AMNS Engineer In-charge. 21. Equipment certification must be done based on availability of running equipment at site without any break down. 22. If equipment runs more than 300 Hrs Per Month, than additional quantity to be certified on pro-rata basis for that month and conjointly in case of 600 Hrs Per Month category. 23. Equipment, operator, and relievers responsibility lies with Vendor during the tenure of the contract. 24. Price as published in Word Order shall be firm and no escalation shall be given on account of any increase in fuel price during the tenure of the contract. 25. In case of dehire of any machine one month notice period to be given. 26. GPS system to be installed from common vendor which is selected by AM/NS India. The data from this GPS equipment will need to be provided by vendor to AMNS as per AMNS requirement. • For small utility vehicle like bolero, isuzu, tata xenon, tavera, xuv300 - user can use 3000 km per month for 300 hrs/ month working with a tolerance of additional 10%. • For small utility vehicle like bolero, isuzu, tata xenon, tavera, xuv300 - user can use 3600 km per month for 600 hrs/ month working with a tolerance of additional 10%. • If any extra kms are executed over and above aforementioned requirements, its reconciliation shall be on annual basis at actuals but not more than 5000 Kms annually. *Technical Contact Person:- Mr. Vrajesh Panchal
