Tender For Sweeping Machine For Roads Cleaning-2024 1 2000149004 10 10 10 DEPLOYMENT OF SWEEPING MACHINE 12 MON 20 DEPLOYMENT OF SWEEPING MACHINE 12 MON Email : SUBHASHREE.MOHAPATRA@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Subhashree Mohapatra Item Details : scope of work:- * Diesel-operated ride on the sweeper for road cleaning (Model-Rhino-RD-160,Make-Roots). *Diesel ,Lubricant, brush and consumables,2nos of driver and one supervisor in vendors scope. *vehicle will be engaged 26 days in a month. *Vehicle should available at AMNS site from 8am to 6PM. (8 hrs in a day) *To provide competent Manpower / operator for Machine / Equipment operation and Regular Maintenance by experienced crew without any delays in operation / production. Engaging qualified and experienced operators <(>&<)> helpers. Road safety must be followed for the Safe movement at any given site. *Vendor has to maintain the vehicle usage log sheet and get it signed from concerned user in charge on daily basis. Same has to be submitted along with every invoice. *Vendor has to deploy the equipment’s which is not older than 3 years as on 01.01.2024. - All the equipment’s engaged should have hourmeter instrument installed within and actual billing will be considered based on the hourmeter readings. Installed hourmeters should be calibrated on time to time as per OEM recommendation and updated calibration certificate to be submitted. *- Shift relieving should happen at site location, not at gate / other areas. Operators are not allowed to leave the vehicle without intimation and not allowed to move from work site without the instructions from engineer in charge. *- Machine spares, Hydraulic <(>&<)> Engine oil, Diesel (Fuel), Spare - Bucket, Tire, Cabin Glass, and trolley are in vendor’s scope. In case of major breakdown, a substitute machine of the same specification to be provided by vendor. *- Site supervisor must take prior work permit from area in-charge to attend any breakdown or for major overhauling of the equipment at site. Detailed SOP must be available with vendor for all types of maintenance related activities for the equipment. Vendor must ensure SAFE execution of the job <(>&<)> must follow all safety protocols as laid down by AMNSI. - Shift relieving should happen at site location, not at gate / other areas. Frequent shifting /changing of operator at work site must be avoided. Any new operator will have to undergo Safety training as per AMNSI policy - equipment non operative hours during this period shall be deducted from the monthly billing. Safety Shoes, FR Safety Jacket, Hand Gloves, FR Helmet, Safety Goggles and Nose Mask as per safety standards of AMNS(I). - Vendor has to dispose the used engine oils from plant premises on time to time. - Equipment / Machine must be leakage free (zero fuel <(>&<)> Oil leakage), proper light, horn, brake. - Equipment must be fitted with horn which should buzz while marching on reverse direction. - Ensure good housekeeping / cleaning of the area including cleaning / removing the waste and used material. Shifting of surplus material to the specific location or shown by the engineer / area in charge. Bill certification will be done only after complete housekeeping. - HSE requirement – Contractor shall comply with the health, safety and environment policy as laid down by AMNS(I). - Bill Deduction on a pro-rata basis shall be made for breakdown hours / non-availability of equipment if replacement is delayed. - Penalties will be applicable for violating safety norms as per AMNS(I) policy. - Vendor must ensure all the legal aspects and needs to be maintained in line with both man and machine. - Penalty will be applicable for failing in completing the job as per the agreed timeline with Site in-charge. - All other clause as mentioned in Terms and Conditions of Work Order shall be applicable to vendor.
