1Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/UNSV components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, providing hinges, denting, applying steel putty for leveled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion of Almirah Steel Med Complete all as specified and as applicable as drawings,FD-1032. NOTE : Work will be executed where the furniture exist in Sekhon vihar Offrs Md Accn including BSO"s Furniture Yard at AF Stn Palam as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-
2Removing of unserviceable and worn out legs and providing new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheetfabricated to shape as per existing almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H Large complete all as specified and directed.
3Removing of unserviceable shelves and providing new shelves made out ofMS sheet 1.00mm thick with fixing brackets of existing type almirah Med steel complete all as specified and directed.
4Material and labour for removing unserviceable shutter and providing new shutter using MS sheet 1.00mm thick as per existing shapeAlmirah Med steel. (Drg No FD-1032) complete all as specified and directed.
5Taking down existing unserviceable MS clips with screw/nuts and bolts of almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H medium (Drg No FD-1032) refixing/weldling with new items, MS clips with screws/nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.
6All as per item No 1.05 above but locks (6 levers ) of make link or Harrison approved by GE.
7All as per item No 1.05 above but CP handle with bolt.

9Scratching of scratches/dentings to powder coated two coats steel surface with emery paper, applying metel putty wherever required and repairinside/out side with Spray painting (Hammer tone) duly matched with existing surfaces or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

29Replacement of worn out back conduct MS 25 mm Sq pipe 16 gauge whrerever required as directed and fixing as shown on drg . (welding points shall be measured and paid separately.
30Mig welding of broken joints MS members (tabular) .
31Supply and fix plywood back 6 mm IS 710 grade for table bed side All as per Drg.
32Material and labour for Scrapping of old polish and dirt from the surfaces of bidding by means ofusing appropriate sand paper, preparation of surfaces as described in PSand applying French polish in required coats as described in PS to give glossy and smooth finish etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
33Paintingwith two coats of black synthetic enamel paint to complete table etc. all as specified and directed.
34Supply and fixing of sides and bottom of Bed side table : Itshall be made out of one side melamine faced pre-laminated MDF board exterior 18mm thick confirming to IS in baverian beach shade as per drg .
35Supply and fix suitable PVC shoes of superior quality .

37Removing unserviceable damaged Seat & back of Chair computer, supply and fixing of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mmthick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr on Hampden machine ,all as directed and specified by Engr -in -charge
38Removing old unserviceablearm rest of chair computerand S&F new one made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore "Á " hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in –charge.
39Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new superior quality castor twin wheel suitable for chair computerall as directed
40Removing unserviceable Base and S&F new Base suitable for chair computerall as directed
41Removing unserviceable adjustable Hydrolic system and S&F new adjustable Hydrolic system suitable for chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.
42Removing of old unsv tapestry cloth and supply and fixs new crape cloth (rate should not be less than INR 220/- per RM)as apporoved and directed by in Engr charge.

88Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 54068.50 against Schedule of Credit on Page No 106 to 107 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch "A"while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.(b) One Skilled carpenter, One skilled painter and one skilled polisher shall be provided daily in entire contract period for day to day urgent complaint for that attendence will be taken by Eng-in-Charge. Failing for providing the same will be panalized @1000/per day and the same will be recover from the bill of Contractor. Decision of GE will be final and binding.
