Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all materials, labour of skilled/unskilled, tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transportation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/silt/mud. Responsiblity of Bidder :- (i)The successful bidder should beLiaise with Leh, Municipal authority and shall take written permission for disposal offaecal sludge/soil . No extra cost will be provided for same. OR Bidder must have own/ lease,land /plot register from UT Leh,and obtainpermission / NOC from Leh, Municipal authority fordisposal offaecal sludge/soil at his land.
