The responsibility of gettingthe complaints attended & rectified shall lies with the contractor even if he fails to complete the complaints within 48 hours. In the delayed case of a rectification of complaints even after 48 hours, he shall rectify the same within one week. (Note :- The complaint received from complaint cell shall have to be attended on same day). |
