Note :- (i) Complaint shall be completed within 24 hours and major complaints within a week. (ii) If safaiwala not attended the complaint within the time frame as mentioned above, 50% of quoted rate shall be deducted from the contractor’s dues as a penalty. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible to maintain daily job completed by safaiwala deputed by him in the subject work and obtain the signature of I/C complaint cell / Engr-in-charge daily at 1700 hours on all working days. (iv) Attending one complaint and make it functional shall be measured as one Job. |
