NAME OF WORK: SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLES, JUNCTION BOX AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA

1ELECTRIFICATION Note :Prior to commencement of electrical works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical Liscence in the name of himself/themself or Aggrement with agency having valid Electrical Liscence alongwith Agency"s Electrical Liscense to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE/AGE(I). In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contrctor"s part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competancy issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.
2Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.
3Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm depth complete all as specified and as directed.
4Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
5Supply and laying new dry riversand laidintrenches 8 cm below the underground cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18 cmascablecushioningandcoveringcomplete all as specified and as directed.
6Supply and layingbrickwell burntlocallyavailablesubclass "B" laid over sand cushioningfor cableprotectionintrencheswidthofbrickperpendicullar to the length of cablecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
7Relaying of bricks/PCC cover after cleaning, obtained from taking down ofUG cable for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
8Taking up old unserviceable LT cable of any size & type from the trenches or pipe including taking out brick/PCC cable protection and set-aside for reuse as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
9Supply and laying in trenches, fix on pole or passing through pipe and testing & commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, heavy duty PVC electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, including aluminium cable lugs, gland etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed for following size of cable:- (a) Cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core
10(b) Cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core
11(c) Cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core
12(d) Cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core
13(e) Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core
14(f) Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core
15Supply and layingin replacement of GI pipe 80mm bore, light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16Supply and layingin replacement of GI pipe 50mm bore, light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17M&L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Making good the disturbes surface & removal of surplus soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule ‘A’.
18Supply and fixing LT Bus bar chamber Outdoor/wall mounted suitable for 415 V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system busbar capacity 200A. The chamber should be powder coated paint for better environmental protection, made of CRCA sheet steel 3.15 mm, CPRI approved, lugs and glang of suitable size, fixing and connection etc. including provn of foundation of the panel. The foundation/platform should be 0.15m projection all around & 0.60m height above ground level and 0.30 m below ground level made with PCC Blocks in cm 1:6 including excavation and earth work.75mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 sub base over approved/rammed earth, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded aggregate 10cm thick coping at top of the platform, plastering with 20mm thick in cm 1:4 on all around including top of platform and applying three coats of white wash etc complete including necessary form work all as directed by engineer-in-charge

20Design, Fabrication, Testing & Commissioning of Varmin dust proof LT Feeder Pillar board outdoor type of suitable size made out of MS sheet 3.15mm thick, Type tested conforming to IEC 61439, powder coated, rear and front operated door with locking arrangement, suitable aluminium busbar and fixed on 50x50x5 mm angle iron base suitable for pedestal mounting at least 0.60m above GL to accommodating & including the following complete all as directed.:- INCOMING :- (A) MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA - 01 (incoming) OUTGOING :- (B) MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole, 25 KA - 01 Nos (outgoing) (C) MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole, 25 KA - 01 Nos (outgoing) (D) MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole, 25 KA - 01 Nos (outgoing) (E) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole, 25 KA - 02 Nos (outgoing) (F) MCB 32 Amps, DP, 15 KA - 02 Nos (outgoing) (G) MCCB 16 Amps, DP, 15 KA - 01 Nos (outgoing) (H) Digital Multi-functional Meters for measuring current, voltage and frequency including CTs of suitable rating and class.
21M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching / copping around base of LT feeder pillar etc. including necessary form work complete all as directed.
22M&L for disconnecting the electric connection and dismantling of the existing old rusted LT panel board of any size depositing to MES store yard or otherwise including it"s accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar cubicle type suitable size weather proof outdoor type, CPRI approved, IP:55 protection, totally type tested, both side openable,factory made having canopy, dust and vermin proof fabricated from CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick including powder coated paint and suitable for 415 volt 3 phase 50 c/s mounted onpedestal/platform.The panel should mountingwith & including following accessories with working space and wiring with copper wire of suitable size complete as required and as directed:- (a) Basic Automatic Transfer controller unit with integrated dual power supply suitable for 630 Amp rating motorised changeover - 01 (b) Motorised Changeover 630 Amps Rating, 4 pole -01 (c) MCCB 400 Amps, 4 pole 50 KA with LSIG Protection - 01 Nos (Incoming) (d) MCCB 320 Amps, 4 pole 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos (outgoing) (e) MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (outgoing) (f) MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos (outgoing) (g) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (outgoing) PLATFORM: Platform for feeder pillar should be 0.15m projection all around & 0.50m height above ground level and 0.30 m below ground level with PCC Blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 including excavation and earth work.75mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 sub base over approved/rammed earth, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded aggregate 10cm thick coping at top of the platform, plastering 20mm thick in cm 1:4 on all around including top of platform and applying three coats of white wash etc complete including necessary form work all as directed by engineer-in-charge
