(e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joints complete all as specified. (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. | 4 | Supply,testing and commissioning of Silent/containered Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 200 KVA 3-Phase 0.8 power factor 50Hz . 1500 RPM self Exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including accoustlic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at site and confirming to condition under IS 4722/1460, IS 10001/10002, BS 5514/2613/5000 ISO 8526/3046 with and including following :- (A)Alternate :- Standard Design alternator rated at 200 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at .8 (lag) power factor AC, 3-phase 4-wire 415 volts 50Hz , 1500 RPM,self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 Enclosure Brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class "H" and voltage regulation of +1% at rated voltage from no load to full load The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in + % tolerance. | 7 | (xviii) Deliveriables:- confirms the norms established by CPCB. Note: Making of plinth as suitable for fixing of DG Set. NOTE:- The following items are deemed to be include in the rate quoted for DG set (i) The capacity of generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI standard. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to br inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil and final successful acceptance test.(iii) The qouted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of one hour on 10% overload in presence of representative detailed by accepting officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests. (iv) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to govt. (v) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.(vi) Sound Proofing System: The sound proofing system shall be designed to achieve noise reduction as per relevant norms. (vii) Standard documents as per manufacturer specification such as maintenance & operation manual, parts calalogue, display charts such as maintanance and oil change chart/board (for generator and diesel engine ) and log book as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:(a) Testing and commissioning of DG shall be carried out by SEI/EI (as decided by HQ CE (AF) SZ) from HQ CE (AF) SZ before issue of completion. (b) Factory test before delivery of DG from the Manufacturer Unit must be needed and necessary test certificates shall be produced after satisfying visit. Contractor shall be forwarded a letter for such visit before the visit to nominate a suitable person for such visit as decided by GE in writing. | 13 | Material and labour including fabrication of trolley to accommodate 200 KVA DG set, including HT & LT cables and with overall size not less than 2.30 mtr x 3.10 mtr using MS channel of size 100 mm x 50 mm and angle iron 50 mm x50 mm x6 mm and MS flat wherever required including top and base of MS sheet 10 gauge fixed properly welded on chassis including fencing all around with MS angle iron 40 mm x40 mm x6mm and MS flat 40 mm x40 mm x6 mm with XPM mesh, cage not less than 1.80 mtr high cage should be with open able door with locking arrangement at front side duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer, with towing hook of channel/angle iron, fixed with trolley for easy movement from one place to another place. It shall not be less than 1.25 mtr length from the body of trolley complete all as specified and directed. (a) Supply & fixed tyre tubes of size 7.50-16 Super Lug Fifty Plus-R N16-16 PR (Tyre + Tube + Flap) on suitable size of wheel drum - 04 Nos (Make - MRF/CEAT). (b) Supply & fix leaf spring set of 13 Nos with U clamps -04 set suitable to take full load of trolley and transformer. (c) Supply & fix axle - 02 Nos between front & rear wheel. (d) Supply & fix danger notice plate/board of 11 KV on each side of trolley - 04 Nos (e) The cost of MS work required for fixing of DG set like vibration damper, its MS iron or any other suitable foundation on the trolley and all other items which are required for static & dynamic balance during its operation as per Indian Standard should be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.
