1Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in any type of soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.
5Factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dryin trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other in and including taking down old unservicable cable cover, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6LT under ground electric power cablecrossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE)insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 120 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core ,laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers including jointing and testing complete and taking out unserviceable cable , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. 17Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cablestraight through joints (tubular sleeve version) , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm , complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Dressing of LT panels/Bus bars/Poles by excavating the cable loop, dressing of cable properly by cutting the damaged part and dressed with insulation tape, thimble, nuts, bolts and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Quoted Rates shalldeemed to be inclusive of taking down the existingcables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .
19Cutting existing road/ PCC hard standing / pavement / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates including all excuation and earth work , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Only PCC shall be measured and paid separately.
20Re-stretching ofaluminium conductorany size and length complete including removing kinks and providing new binding wire /Jumper where required ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Length of each conductor to be measured separately for payment purpose.

38Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-410-S grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces, supplied and fixed in and including dismantling of old cross arm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39Cutting and trimming of trees and branches to clear the over head line in the arc of HT/LT over head line feeders and removal of the trimmed branches of trees , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(i). Any ACSR conductor damaged during the cuttings of trees / branches shall be repaired and jointed / fixed by the contractor, to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, without any extra cost and nothing extra shall be admissible from the department on this account what-so-ever. (ii) The cutting / trimming of tree branches shall be done atleast 2.00 metre radius of OH line. (iii) The unit of measurement is "SPAN" i.e. distance covered between two poles.
40Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber(CPRI approved), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection comprising4 Nosaluminium strips each of 200 Amps, 60cm longhaving 10cm min distance from the body and between bus bars, fixed in steped way duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block(30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), andone MCCB of 160 Amps, 16 KA4 pole as incomer connected with bus bars by means of suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. , in and including taking down of old unserviceable Bus bar ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:(i) Drawings for LT Panel shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before placing the order .This aspect shall be inclusive in the quoted Rate. (ii) Quoted Rates are inclusive of taking down the existing all cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .
41Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soilto a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMTbars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth leadprotection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and testing ,including dismanteling of old unserviceable earthing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.

43M & L forservicing of diesel engine after dismantling and draining out the engine oil , taking down old fuel filter, oil filter and air filter, nozzles etc., cleaning the engine oil chamber, aircleaner, servicing to pumps and nozzels etc replacing the air filter, oil filter and fuel filter,nozzlesand engine oil complete all as specified and directed.
44M&L forservicingof diesel engine driven pump of capacity of 50HP after dismantling and cleaning including washing with replacement of bushes if required complete and refixing the same all as specified and directed with the satifaction of Engr-in-charge.
45M&L forrepairing/servicing ofPressure Jet burner of Boiler after dismantling and taking out the unserviceable pressure jet burner replacing the unserviceable parts (photocells,fuel nozzels,ignition transformers) and refixing to its original place after testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
46M&L for servicing of Boiler unit completeconsisting of closely wound helical concentric coils arranged to give adequate no of passes on flue gas side made out of ERW tubessuitable for high temperaturedismantling the pressure jet burner, combustion air fanetc and connected accessories servicing refixing the same to its original placesafter complete all as specified and directed.
47M & L for dismantling the unserviceable/ leaked Heat Exchanger from the Sump,taking out the unserviceable/rusted 25mm MS tubing part & replacing the complete unserviceable MS Tubing parts including MS Tube 25mm dia heavy grade, bends, elbows & welding/ fabrication work complete and refixing to its original place andtesting after commission to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : a) The rate quoted includes cost of fabrication of new Heat Exchanger, welding works/ gas cutting & fabrication work along with all necessary items. The desigh of heat exchanger should be as per the instruction of Enginer in Charge. b) Gate Valve Shall be paidand measured separetely in respective item
48Supply and filling of Glycol in barrel of 210 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed
49Dismantling the existing unserviceable first aid hose reel drum and supply and fix in replacement of first aid hose reel drum complete swing type 30mconforming to IS- 444 (1980). Make: Padmini / Winco/ CRC

64Dismantling the exisiting unserviceable pressure guage and Supply & Fix in replacement Pressure guage suitable for 150mm (6" ) dia delivery pipe line 0-16 Kgs rating complete all as specified and directed.
65Taking down the exisiting unserviceable Ball valve and Supply & Fix Ball valve made of cast Iron/ Gun Metal heavy duty, threaded ends suitable for fire Hydrants system of size 25 mm dia as per site including fittings all as specified and directed.
66Taking down the existing unserviceable fire response indicator, supply and fix in replacementFire response indicatorhaving two nos of LEDs written FIRE as per exisiting system including wiring connection with 2core copper cable with existing panel complete all as specified.

85Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of electronic type dual tone hooter after repair and replacement of UNSV parts with all accessories as per existing specifications and make including dismantling the existing one complete all as specified and directed.
86Repair/rewinding of UNSV fluid Circulation motor of capacity upto 1 HP including connection as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
87Repair to wiring of Main Panel for Electric Supply to Pump and Motor and replacement of UNSV wiring, MCB/MCCB and other items in panel as per site requirement to make it proper Functional of Plant as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MCB/MCCB/Contactor/Switch/Lamp will be measured and paid separetly under relevant item of Sch A item 40.01 to 40.03.
88Supply & Fixing in replacement of MCB TP of 63 Amps as directed.
89Supply & Fixing in replacement of Contactor MNX 45 with overload relay as directed.
