Bids Are Invited For 1 Comprehensive Maintenance Of Stp Includes Maintenance Of Motors Pumps Blowers Electrical Panel Supply Of Consumable Spares Materials And Cleaning And Upkeeping The Stp As Per Site Requirement Etc Complete As Per The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Item Includes Running Operation And Routine Maintenance Of Stp 2 X 15 Kld On All Days Round The Clock I E 24X7 By Providing One Pump Operator Skilled Labour & One Helper Un Skilled Labour Manpower Is Common For Both Stp And Wtp I E For Item No 1 And 2 2 Comprehensive Maintenance Of Water Treatment Plant Includes Supply Of Salt And Chlorine And Replacement Of Softener Resins, Activated Carbon, Multigrade-Filter Media To Achieve The Desired Value As Specified And Replacement Of Mechanical Seal, Impeller, Valve As & When Required Complete As Per The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract. Item Includes Running Operation And Routine Maintenance Of Wtp On All Days Round The Clock I.E. 24X7. 3 Cleaning And Upkeeping Of All The Stp Tanks 2X15 Kld By Mpting All The Material Including Sludge And All With The Help Of Vaccum Truck ( Sewage Carrying Truck ) Or Pump Set Or Manually And Disposal Of Dump Etc Complete Every 3 Months Or As Per Requirement. 4 Cleaning And Upkeeping Of 4 Nos. Tanks ( Fire Tank, Fire Tank, Raw Water Tank & Filter Water Tank Of Capacity 50, 000 Litres ) By Empting And Deep Cleaning Of All Walls / Floors Of Tanks Complete Every 4 Months Or As Per Requirement. 5 Site Visit Of Engineering & Other Civic Authority During The Inspection By Cpcc / Dpcc Officers As And When It Is Required For Noc ( Legal Compliance With Dpcc / Cpcc ) And Routine Cpcc / Dpcc Officials Or Other Civic Authorities Official Visit At Iaa & Hostel Block. This Work Includes Follow Up For Noc & Get Noc As And When Required. This Item Is Limited To Maximum Of 4 Visits During The Two Year Contract Period, Post Which Item Shall Be Paid As Per Gcc Clause No. 12 Of The Tender. Total Quantity : 66
