8Non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm, but not exceeding 0.11sqm as in floors etc. set and jointedin neatcementslurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.
9Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size350mm x 250mm/450 mm x 350mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.
10Non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm, but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointedin neatcementslurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11Machine cut kota stone slab20 to 25 mmthick, as in flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishingcomplete, laid over and including15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layerin cement mortor 1:6,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Machine cut kota stone slab20 to 25 mmthick,as in vertical surfaces such as risers, skirting/dado etc. over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishingcomplete, laid over and including10mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfacein cement mortor 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick set, jointedand pointed in neat cement slurryin floors,with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including15mm thick screed bed orbedding layer in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, surface finished fair to receive top layer of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16M&L for 25 mm bore, 3- layer PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having therrnal slability for hot & cold water supply all PPR plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, laid in trenches or in floors or in ceiling and fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed by the Enginee-in- Charge.
17Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

19Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc,; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc., and making good, cutting not exc. 10cm girth in brick/stone walls, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Dismantling of water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres three layered (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including wash out with plug/over flow pipe and anti mosquito rose coupling at one end all as specified in SSR Part-I, including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22S&F in replacement 32mm bore PPR Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site, complete all as specified and as directed by the Enginee-in- Charge.
23S&F in replacement 32mm bore PPR Ball valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site, complete all as specified and as directed by the Enginee-in- Charge.

26PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, plunger type, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 60cm long, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
27Bib taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy,chromium plated,with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe, or brass ferrule and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

37Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fitted in openings as per specification & drawings shown in SSR Part-II,, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
38Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. 39Plain framed , panelled shutters (any numbers of panels), 35mm thick, made of 2ndclass soft wood (kail), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied & fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
40Glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick, made of 2ndclass soft wood (kail) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc, (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part -I. section 8, clause 8.23(a) for doors etc are provided with stiles and rails, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
