2Creating of septic tank for subdivision by way of earth excavation and installing concrete rings and cover plate with manhole. The bottom of the septic tank is to be PCC with 1:3:6 concrete mix. The job includes creation of sock pit with stone wall and cover plate with manhole. earth excavation : 1.53X2 cum = 3.06 cum concrete ring= 44 no /400 hollow cylinder) RCC ring=2 no /700-lids PCC(1:3:6)=0.06 cum Back filling= 0.6 cum 100 mm pvc pipe (B class)= 5 no/ 660 the job includes all miscellaneous items such as p-trap, bends, Tee, sockets, etc to complete the job in all respects.
3P/f of 25 It 5 star electric geyser for the bathroom. The job includes p/f of angle valve 04 no, connection tube (02 No), basin mixture 1 no, p/f of 25mm PPR pipe along with allied fitting. Complete in all respect.
4Two vertical pillars of MS door to be fabricated out of MS Square tubes of size 100mm x100mm x4mm duly welded with MS gusset plates (02 no) of size 200x200x5mm at the bottom of the tubes Total length of Square tubes = 5.5 mtr Total weight of Square tubes (@11.73kg /mtr) =64.5 kgs Total weight of Gusset plates = 3.2kgs
5Frame of MS door to be fabricated out of ISA 40x40x4 Total length of ISA 40x40x4 = 11.25 mtr Total weight of ISA 40x40x4 (@ 2.4 kg/mtr) = 27 kgs
6Frame work of the MS Door to be fabricated out of 8mm square bars (ISSQ 8) The distance between the square pars should be 80mm. Total length of ISSQ 8= 89.7 mtr Total weight of ISSQ/8(@ 0.5kg/mtr) = 45 kg
7Fabrication and fitting of small MS door out of ISA 40x40x4. The MS door should be of size 7"x 3. Total length of ISA 40x40x4= 8.25 mtr. Total weight of ISA 40x40x4 (@ 2.4 kg/mtr) =20 kgs
8two partitions of the MS door to be covered with rectangular sheets of 2mm thickness Total area of rectangular sheets (2mm thickness) = 7.5 sqmtr Total weight of rectangular sheetst@15.2kg/sqmtr) = 114 kgs
9Securing the rectangular sheets in place by way of providing and fitting of rectangular strips of size 35 x3mm The strips should be fixed around periphery of sheets. Total length of 35x3mm rectangular strip = 17.5 mtr Total weight of 35x3mm rectangular strip (@0.82kg/mtr )= 14.5 kg Total approximate weight of latches, hinges and bracing = 6.5 kgs
10Contingencies = 15 kgs Note: The MS Door should be made as per the actual site conditions and the contractor has to take the measurements before taking up the job.
11E/W in excavation of Trench by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.(The Trench shall be of size 11.5 feet in length, 1.5 feet in width and 2 feet in depth)
12Providing and laying in position of concrete for grouting of MS Square tubes which will be used as vertical support for the MS door including the cost of shuttering. The concrete blocks laid should be of 1:2:4 mix. The size of the concrete blocks shall be 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet x 2 feet. The Job also includes laying of crushed stone of 40mm size up to the height of 6 inch before laying of concrete
13Providing and laying in position of concrete beneath the MS door for creation of ramp and staircase for easy entrance and exit from the sub Divisional office. The concrete laid should be laid in 1:3:6 mix. The concrete should be laid for an area of 8.5x 1×1. The Job also includes laying of crushed stone of 40mm size up to the height of 6 inch before laying of Concrete.
14Preparing of surface of MS door using blue lamp and metallic sand paper and then applying of two coats of red oxide anti corrosive primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of reputed make. Shade of paint to be specified by the site engineer.
