Sealing of Cracks (V-groove): Make V-groove of size 15 mm wide and 10 mm deep approximately along the cracks manually using chisel and hammer or by using groove cutting machine, clean the V-groove using air jetand make them dirt & dust free.While fixing the nozzles along the V- grooves, simultaneously seal the V-groove using non-shrink two component epoxy putty to the concrete surface level.The rate shall include cost of all required material, machinery, tool,tackles , all consumables and labour wages etc ., Complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all heights / lifts and at all locations.

Fixing Nozzles for Injection Grouting: Drill holes of 12/14 mm dia along the cracks (V-groove) at an interval of 500 mm c/c for about 50 mm to 80mm deep, clean the holes using air jet and make them dirt & dust free.Fix the PVC nozzles/packers having non-returnable valves for pressure grouting using non-shrink two component epoxy putty . The rate shall include cost of all required material, machinery, tool,tackles , all consumables and labour wages etc ., Complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all heights / lifts and at all locations.

Injection Grouting of Ultra-Low Viscosity PU grout: Pressure grouting by two component Ultra-Low Viscosity PU grout having a viscosity less than 100 mPa.sec and hardens in both dry and wet conditions to form an elastic and flexible gel-like material, through pre-fixed nozzles/packers as per manufacturer\"s guidelines using a special two-comparment grouting pump, under pressure ( 2-3Kg/Sqcm) as per Technical specifications. Remove the nazzles/packers next day by cutting and seal it with non-shrink epoxy putty to the concrete surface level.The PU grout shall have the following Technical specification. Material- Two component PU grout of low viscosity Viscosity-<100 mPa.sec. Density-1.05 gm/cm3 Mixing ratio-1:1 parts by volume Application temperature->5oCPot life-30 minutes. The rate shall include cost of all required material, machinery, tool,tackles , all consumables and labour wages etc ., Complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all heights / lifts and at all locations.
