Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Mobilization Charges For Vessel Replacement , Custom Bid For Services - Ls Charges For Psa Vessel Replacement Work - Lumpsum Scope Of Job For Ccr Psa Vessel Replacement Works A. Mobilization For Ccr Psa Vessel Replacement Work Following Activities Are Included For Mobilization For Ccr Psa Vessel Replacement Works. 1. Agency To Mobilize All Resources As Required For Taking Up Ccr Psa Vessel Replacement Works Within 16 Days From Date Of Advice By Hpcl. 2. Agency To Prepare Gate Passes For All Manpower And Preferably Renew Gate Passes For Their Manpower For The Entire Duration Of Contract Validity Period. 3. Agency To Mobilize Sufficient Manpower, Required Tools & Tackles, Material Handling Equipment Like Forklift With Operator Etc And All Other Items As Required For Job Completion. 4. In Case Hpcl Informs Of Cancellation Of Job Within 4 Days From Mobilization Advise Date, Then 25% Of Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency For Partial Mobilization. 5. In Case Hpcl Informs Of Cancellation Of Job After 4 Days And Within 8 Days From Mobilization Advise Date, Then 50% Of Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency For Partial Mobilization. 6. In Case Hpcl Informs Of Cancellation Of Job After 8 Days And Within 12 Days From Mobilization Advise Date, Then 75% Of Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency For Partial Mobilization. 7. In Case Hpcl Informs Of Cancellation Of Job After 12 Days And Within 16 Days From Mobilization Advise Date, Then 100% Of Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency For Partial Mobilization. 8. After Completion Of Erection Of One Vessel, Hpcl May Provide Work Front On A Subsequent Vessel Within 7 Days From Completion Of Erection Of First Vessel. No Additional Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency In Such Cases. In Cases Where Work Front For Subsequent Vessel Is Provided After 7 Days And Within The Same Mobilization, Then 5% Per Day Of Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency For Retaining Workforce. 9. In Cases Where Civil Works Carried Out By Hpcl After Vessel Removal Exceeds 11 Days, Then 5% Per Day Of Mobilization Charges Shall Be Payable To Agency For Retaining Workforce. B. Psa Vessel Replacement Works Following Activities Are Included For Ccr Psa Vessel Replacement Works. 1. Blinding Of The Vessel Will Be Done By Hpcl And Vessel Will Be Handed Over To Agency In Blinded Condition. 2. Agency To Carry Out Unloading Of Catalyst From The Vessel In Inert Atmosphere. 3. Agency To Unload This Catalyst In Un Approved Drums Provided By Hpcl. Agency To Carry Out Unloading With Plastic Liner. 4. Agency To Keep Sufficient Quantity Of Dry Ice In Each Drum As Required To Maintain Catalyst Under Inert Atmosphere. 5. After Removal Of Catalyst And Any Intermediate Meshes, Agency To Remove The Vessel From Position. 6. Hpcl Will Then Carry Out Balance Civil Works As Required For Vessel Erection Within 11 Days Of Removal Of Vessel. These 11 Days Will Not Be Considered For Delivery Period. 7. After Obtaining Clearance From Hpcl, Agency To Arrange For Erection Of Vessel Into Position. Lumpsum Scope Of Job For Ccr Psa Vessel Replacement Works 8. After Erection, Agency To Carry Out Shell Cleaning And Offer To Hpcl For Clearance. 9. After Obtaining Clearance, Agency To Carry Out Loading Of Catalyst Into Vessel Under Inert Atmosphere. 10. Agency To Provide Dip Reading Of Catalyst During Loading. Levelling Of Catalyst Bed As Required Is In Scope Of Agency. 11. After Obtaining Clearance From Hpcl, Agency To Carry Out Box Up Of Vessel. 12. Video Recording During Confined Space Is Part Of Scope. Agency To Provide These Recordings To Hpcl After Completion Of Job. Total Quantity :
