Note:-(i)Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution.If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii)Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc (iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. |
