| 1 | Repairs to the 435 HP rotor of unit no 5 installed at CPS Boria by providing and fixing of copper strips to strip wound rotor. The job includes disconnecting of all the electrical connections and dismantling of motor unit from the base frame. Then extracting out the damaged slip ring assembly from the rotor shaft and rotor from the stator, extracting out the bearing housing along with damaged bearings from the rotor shaft with the help of puller. Repairs to the rotor shaft by way of welding with the help of superior quality stainless steel welding electrodes and turning and finishing to the requisite shape and size. Repairs to the rotor by way of dismantling and extracting out the damaged strips from the 16nos rotor slots. Providing and fixing of insulation material between the slots. Then providing and fixing of new copper strips to the rotor as per original sample. Fixing of clamps to the ends of the copper strips. The job also includes replacement of damaged three no. rotor leads with thimbles with new ones. Providing and fixing of insulation between each strip joint. Making of tape band on both the sides of the rotor. Then completely dipping the rotor in superior quality varnish. Providing and fitting of Roller bearing 32324M at DE and Ball bearing 6322/C3 at NDE after proper greasing. Repairs to the bearing housing by fabrication and fitting of sleeves. Repairs to slip ring assembly by providing and fitting of 3 Nos. slip ring leads, 12 Nos. carbon bushes and 6 Nos. carbon brush holder brackets. Then reassembling of rotor with the stator and installing it on the base frame. Aligning of the pump and motor and fitting of coupling pulley set with new coupling bolts, nuts, washers and rubber bushes. Remaking of all the electrical connections. Then testing and commissioning of idle motor and on full load conditions. The job includes the cost of material, skilled and unskilled labour charges. Complete Job. |
| 2 | Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtrx 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts. Making connections of submersible cable with panel and then testing on full load |
