1M&L for Cleaning blockage of any type of sewage line ie branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging by manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding (full through) of sewer lines and between the blocked manholes in RMS Campus & Unit Area (Married and OTM Accn) under AGE B/R-I, Ajmer Mil Stn and keeping the sewage line all time functional; cleaning traps, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully traps/Nahani trap/Floor trap etc complete upto final drop out let into septic tanks or central sewage treatment plant and/or soakage well (working in foul condition) with taking precautionary measures with necessary equipment as required and applicable all as specified and directed.The sludge removed from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed to out side Defence land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The entire Ajmer Mil Stnarea married andOTMarea under AGE B/R-I by engaging safaiwala (02 Nos alongwith supervisor) on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs alongwith T&P ie. gum boot, mask, safety device etc. complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
2Note foritem No 1.00 above : (i)Contractor"s supervisor will report on all working days along with 02 (Two) safaiwalaat 0830 hrs at AGE B/R-I,Ajmer Complaint cell to receive complaint for blockage and to submit complition report on same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip Area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor.Cost for the same shall deemed inclusive in the quoted rate. (iii)Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. Any despute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decesion shall be final, binding and conclusive. (iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P is required same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt there fore contractor is advice to visit the site before quoting the rate in tender. (v) All sewage blokage complaint must be attended within 24 hrs. any sewage blokage complaint is not clear within 24hr( except and otherwise few major/ Difficult complaint prior intimation/ notice to GE / Engr-in-Charge) compensation of Rs.100/- per complaint shall be charged from contractors work done without any prior notice based on Job card i.e. user satisfaction.
3M&L punching sewage line of any dia and sealing/making good with cement mortar/ PCC 1:2:4 as required incl earth work inany type of soil and any depth, returning fillingin and ramming complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
4Bailing out/pumping out of sewage water from ST of any size and removing the water in closed container to a safe distance complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
5Desludging septic tank and removing sludge /silt and other foreign materials by mechanically and removing the sameout side defence land in closed vehicles complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following user capacity :-
6All as per Item No 4.00 above but Up to 100 users complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
7All as per Item No 4.00 above but ST for 100 to 150 users complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
8All as per Item No 4.00 above but ST for 150 to 200 user complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
9All as per Item No 4.00 above but ST for 200 user and above complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
10Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position and of any description not other wise specifically provided for complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
11M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
13M& L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
14All as per item No 8.00 here in before but except stone complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
15M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
16Extra over random rubble stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing to face beds & joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mmcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
17Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, manholes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
18Returning fillings in including spreading,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, n.exc 25cm thick in soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
19Removing of excavated soils, not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
20Demolation and breaking up 150mm dia pipe(salt glazed ware, Ac or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
21Provinding lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and joining at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (Duble wall corrugated) 150 mm dia pipes with reqd jointing accessories of SN-8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site fortesting) and Comissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
22M&L for 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade "A" laid in trenches and jointed in CM(1:1) tested complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
23M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregare for packing under & haunching against the sides of drain pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
24Cutting into existing manholes for removing existing 150mm bore branch drain, making good to walling and rendering cutting out branch channel and making good benching in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and smooth finish with (1:3) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
25Demolition and breaking upof rain water pipe /UPVC pipe line 100mm/75mmdia incl all fittings, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
