6	2x4 Ton chiller unit- checking, cleaning, servicing, overhauling and reconditioning of compressor, main /circulating pump & motor, storage tank solenoid valve, temperature & pressure gauge, sensor, dryer, inlet/outlet, valve, all tubing & fittings, electrical equipment & wiring etc. De-scaling of condenser and cooling coil, filling of required refrigerant gas and repairing/ replacement of defective spares.
7	Servicing, testing & calibration of temperature gauges.
8	Servicing, testing, calibration of temperature switches.
9	Cleaning/servicing of terminal blocks/panels at SWAS.
10	Replacement of SS root valves/sample relief valve.
