8 | Performing precommisioning Tan Delta tests on HV & LVBushings of transformer before erection of 160MVA T/F using standard testing kit with valid calibration certificate. Note-Any other tests required by T/F manufacturer will be in contractors scope. |
9 | Performing complete testing of Transformer with standard testing equipment with valid calibration certificate . Following tests are to be completed Tan-delta and capacitance measurement at standard as well as variable frequencies of 3 no. HV,03 no. IV and 03no. LV bushing (using omicron/megger kit) after erection(b) LV testing of ttransformer including magnetising current test , magnetic balance test , measurement of winding resistancetest, vector group, insulation resistance, core insulation, voltage ratio test, short circuit test, open circuit test, .Test report to be compiledand submitted in required formatas per satisfaction of competent authority.Note-Any other tests required by T/F manufacturer will be in contractors scope. |
10 | Sampling & testing of transformer oil at CPRI or any other NABL testing lab including cost of transportation of sample in standard sampling bottle (adequate no. of bottle arranged by contractor) . samples to be taken at following intervals .Before charging - samples at top & bottom of main tank & OLTC -3 samples. Following test to be Performed - 1-BDV 2)PPM 3)Tan delta 4) Resistivity 5) Interfacial tension 6) Particle count 7 ) DGA (one job for each sample Note-Any other tests required by T/F manufacturer will be in contractors scope. |
11 | Performing Pressure test using Dry Air on All Radiators @0.3 kg/cm2with hold time 30minsfor checking leakagebefore erection of 160MVA T/F.(b) Performing Leakage test on Air Cell using Dry Airwith pressure0.07 kg/cm2 & prssure test on conservator tank using dry air with pressure 0.5 kg/cm2( Air cellshould not being pressurised condition )for checking leakagebefore erection of 160MVA T/F (c) After Erection Perform Pressure test using Dry Air on main tankwith prressure0.35 kg/cm2hold time 24 hrsfor checking leakage of main tankbefore erection of 160MVA T/F and IfPressure drops leakage point to be identified and rectified. Note- Dry Air plantto be arranged by contractor.Note-Any other tests required by T/F manufacturer will be in contractors scope. |
12 | Performingfollowing dry out cycle process of T/F:- 1.a)start of Vaccum untill pressure reach below 01 torr and continue of vaccum for 48 hrs. 1 (b)break of vacuum by using UHP grade N2 -50degee cel gas having dew point of -60°Ctill pressure of 0.3 kg/cm2 is achieved. Maintained N2 pressure for 24 hrs and achievedew point & Humidity .Dry out cycle is to bePerformedtill desired value of dew point in main tank is achieved . If required Purging is to be repeated .(N2& DEW POINT METER to be arranged by contractor) |
13 | Creating vaccuum at 1Torr inside 160 MVA T/Ftank & stand test upto 24 hrs before filling oil step by step including vaccum stand test. |
14 | Filling of fresh Transformer oil from Transformer oil drums in suitable capacity oil stortage tank and then centrifuging of transformer oil by ultra high vaccum oil Filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipes with oil tanker to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved with all cost of centrifugingmachine CFM operator, lubricant etc. Note- Before Filling Oil in storage tank for centrifusing the BDV ,PPM test to be performed. |
15 | Centrifuging/Dehydration of the complete Transformer oil of 160 MVA Transformer by ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipes with Transformer tank to oil filtration plant. Including taking the BDV values of oil and megger values of the Transformer periodically till the required value is achieved. Including filling and topping up of the Transformer oil under vacuum in Main tank , Radiator , Conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakages if any, will all cost of centrifuging machine , CFM operator , Lubricant etc. |
16 | Making delta for Neutral earthing by due fabrication of 3 Nos 3.5 Meter long Electrodes of 36/40mm dia M.S Round bar, its piercing under the ground at equal distance of 1 mtr at 700mm depth by digging of earth and connecting all the 3 nos electrodes with 75mmx10mm size M S flat and connecting with existing earth mat and taking out riser by due cutting , bending , welding etc. as per technical specification M S Round bar/ flat shall be provided by Department. |
