| 9 | Provision for fabrication of stainless-steel dust bin as per the detail drawing using 4 Nos of perforated stainless-steel sheets of 304 grade (1.5 mm thick) 15 gauge of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.75 Mtr. for sides and 0.45x0.45 Mtr. at bottom for making a basket, the sheets join to each other by providing TIG welding, the top of edge of basket should provide a moulding for easy handling. The bottom of basket connected with 12 mm dia. and 0.50 Mtr. length SS Rod for easy handling while taking out the waste materials. The basket supported with the either side of vertical post specially made out from solid diamond cut black/ dark grey leather polish/mat finish granite stone post of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.30 Mtr. The basket connecting with post by using solid 20 mm dia. threaded SS rod of 0.22 Mtr. of length. Further the inner and outer surface of basket appeared with factory stone grey powder coated colour. The SS sheet 1.5 mm thick of size 0.23x0.23 Mtr. should welded at the middle of basket for engraving and colouring of the ASI name /emblem including cutting, fitting, fixing, necessary welding and finishing etc. complete as directed by work incharge. |
