Full Networking setup with OFC/ Managed L2-Network Switch/ Optical Router and Cat-6 for internal connectivity to each Desktop/ Laptops with fixed IP address 2. Installation Dedicated Desktop/Laptop with fixed IP address having i7 processor and minimum 8GB RAM/ Microsoft Office licensed version and patched up/ Antivirus with current definition should be installed on Desktop/ Laptop for each Data Entry Location with spare system with same configuration in day basis hire charge 3. Sufficient Hardware Engineer and Operator to be posted at each counting Venue
4	a)      Laser Printer on hire basis 1. Installation of Mono A4 size Laser Printer with each Desktop/ Laptop 2. Printer should have the capacity to print the round wise result of which at least 300-400 printout may be taken on A4 pages on the day of counting 3. Only Paper will be supplied from the office of the undersigned 4. Sufficient Hardware Engineer and Operator to be posted at each counting Venue
5	d) Photo Copier Machine along withOperator on hire basis 1. Installation of Photo Copier Machine at each Counting Hall 2. Machine should have the capacity to copy the round wise table wise result for the counting agentat least 2,000 copies of legal pages on the day of counting 3. Operator to be engaged for each Photo Copier Machine and keep stand by upto completion of the process. 4. Only Paper will be supplied from the office of the undersigned
