| 2 | Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of 1 No: 8 Passenger Lifts (with machine room) at site conforming to the latest lift act and lift practice having a speed of minimum 1M/sec. with total travel as mentioned below. The lift shall be operated on automatic push button control, simplex selective collective system with and without attendants and shall be suitable for 3 phase, 50Hz, 415V AC supply with energy efficient gearless motor.All lift equipments including car, counter weight, V3FDrive, self-travelling devices, indicators, doors, terminal buffers, ropes, ARD, safety devices including all wiring connections and connected equipments shall be as per the detailed specifications attached . |

The Lift shall be provided with automatic rescue device, over load indication and protection, standard lift announcement system and full height Infra-red light curtain in doors. |

Obtaining clearance certificate from Electrical Inspectorate/Statutory Bodies including conducting annual inspection from Electrical Inspectorateis within the scope of work. Statutory Fee if any shall be paid by the agency for which reimbursement shall be made by BSNL on production of original fee receipt) andProviding valid Insurance for passengers of lift i/c liasoning with Insurance Agency etc as required |
