Note:Required soil shall be obtained from the earth obtained from drain work.
4Taking down chowkats with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.
5Demolition of stone slabsand tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removingun-serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

17Taking down and refixing of aluminum frame after minor repairs replacement of rubber/silicon beading , aluminum strips, glass, Aluminium composite panel etccomplete all as specified and directed.
18S & F Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in dados, skirting, wall etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles over 10mm thick rendering as backing coatin CM 1:4 for fixing of tiles complete all as specified anddirected.

68Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of inverter type Split Air Conditioner of 1.5 TR (4500 Kcl/Hour) capacity, complete with cordless remote control unit and with minimum 5 Star rating.Indoor unit Hi wall mounted type, suitable for 230 Volt, 50 Hz single phase AC supply and capable for performing the function as cooling / heating, dehumidifying, air circulating and filtering.The air conditioners shall be complete with automatic temperature control, cut in, cut out for variable temperature range 16 to 30°C.The differential of cut-in, cut - out shall not be greater than + 1.75ºC to be provided with electronic thermostat as per IS 11338 of 1985.Out door unit of Air Conditioner shall be fitted with discharge cooled type rotary / scroll compressor operating on non-CFC refrigerants (like R410A or equivalent) with suitable rated capacitor start electric motor equipped with overload protection and mounted on resilient mountings for quiet operations.The casing of indoor unit shall be made of ABS/HIPS/GS and shall be impact resistant.The filter packs provided shall be washable.Remote cordless control with LCD/LED display shall be provided withy one ON/OFF timer, selecting fan speed (3-speed) and setting-up of temperature.Display shall be provided on indoor unit and on handset.Overall power factor of the unit shall not be less than 0.85 at operating conditions.The EER values shall correlate to the latest values specified by the BEE star level for 5 star rating certification complete all specified and directed. (g) Dual core dual ratio Current Transformer (CT) chamber comprising of 3 Nos, Single phase resin cast / ring core CTs of 100-50/ 5+5,burden not less than 15 VA and accuracy class 0.5,for metering, having class SP10 for protection as per IS:2705-01 Sets and including suitable size Potential Transformer (PT) as required. (h) SCADA compatibleself-powered IDMT numerical relays L&T, over current & earth fault relay with high adjustablesetting, short circuit fault relayfor complete protection of HT, 11 KV, 3 Phase feeder having facility to record fault current with MODBUS communication on RS 485 communication port - 01 No, including 1 No voltage monitoring relay for under voltage / over voltage protection.

121SOLAR POWER PLANT
122Design, Supply, install,testing and commissioning of ground based solar power generating system without battery of capacity 600 KW AC output peak grid tied solar photo voltaic system complete with the components specified below :- (a)Solar power modules of minimum rating 540 WP with minimum 144 cells, mono PERC (Passivation emitter rear contact cell) Half cut cells types modules shall be certified as IEC edition -II, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730 1 & 2complete all as specified quantity of Solar PV modules shall be tentatively 1321 Nos for 0.6 MW AC output. Note:- (i) Design shall be done as per latest IS code, latest MNRE guidelines and specifications mentioned in tender from MNRE approved channel partner of rating as specified in Notice Inviting tender (NIT). Final design and drawing shall be vetted by any of the approved agency as mentioned in the Particular specifications of tender.
123(ii)Solar Modules and solar cells therein shall be ofMade in India. The contractor shall submit manufacturer"s/company"s declaration in the format to be provided by GEat the time of request for approval of sample/Make for modules. Each PV module used in this work shall have RF Identification tag. (iii) Solar PV Modules shall be warranted for a minimum period of 25 years. PV modules shall be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which shall not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. PV modules shall be warranted for any manufacturing defect or bad workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of completion of Phase-I of the work. The contractor shall submit necessary warranty certificate for 25 years to GE. The condition 46 of IAFW 2249 shall be amended to the extent as mentioned above.
124(iv)Modules should be of Make as approved by MNRE. If no make has been approved, modules confirming to IEC standards mentioned above or latest specification issued by MNRE will be used in SPV system. (v)An amount equal to Rs 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) shall be retained from the contractor"s bill against the warranty as performance guarantee for a period of 25 years from date of completion of Phase-I. Alternatively, the contractor may give a separate interest-bearing security deposit/BGB in favour of GE valid for 25 years. This amount shall be refunded to him by GE after a period of 25 years under the conditions provided from by the contract and arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship provided such defective parts are not repairable at site. (vi)During the period of warranty of modules, the contractor shall remain liable to replace any defective parts that become defective in the plant.
125(b) Hot dip galvanized MS angle module mounting structure for solar panels of combined capacity 600 KW, AC output with double pole static structure of suitable size alongwith concrete grouting for required rigid support as required at site capable to with stand maximum wind load as designed for angle of modules all as required as per site. (c)Central Inverter/PCU, DC to AC (indoor type) of capacity suitable for 600 KW(Minimum 02 Nos) AC each with SCADA capabilities as specified and as per approved OEM instructions. Note:- (i)Power Conditioning Units (PCU) PCUs shall be warranted for minimum period provided by the manufacturer but not less than 5 years. PCUs shall be warranted for any manufacturing defect or bad workmanship for a minimum period of 05 years from the date of completion of Phase-I of the work. The condition 46 of IAFW 2249 shall be amended to the extent as mentioned above.
126(ii)During the period of Warranty the contractor shall remain liable to replace any defective parts that become defective in the plant under the conditions provided for by the contract and arising solely from faulty materials of workmanship, provided such defective parts are not repairable at site. After replacement,the defective parts shall be returned to the contractor . (d)String monitoring/combiner box of suitable number of inputs & 1 output with 10 Amp MCB/fuse on positive side, minimum 350 Amps manual DC disconnector switch & 22 Channel monitoring as required at site complete. (e)Copper DC String cables of different sizes of suitable size as required at site of Solar grade, including suitable lugs/male, female connectors etc. UV resistant 1.0 KV DC Cables confirming to IEC 62930:217/BSEN50618 temperature range -5° C to +90° C complete. (f)Data monitoring system communication cable RS 485 [screen twisted] as required at site complete. (g)Inverter communication Shielded CAT-5 cables as required at site complete. (h)EXISTING Solar Observatory system shall beused for Inverter Data Monitoring, Energy Meter Data Monitoring and Weather Station Monitoring. Note : M&L only for connecting the EXISTING Solar Observatory system is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
127(i)Lightening protection system of Early Streamer Emission type Lightening Spike with 107 m protection at level 3 for Protection (duly supported by technical literature) against lightning strikes with GI mast of 8.5 Mtrs long.Quantity of lightening arresters shall not be less than3 Nosincluding suitable size of copper strip up to earthing pit . Foundation of system should be as advised by OEM / NISE.Earthing shall be provided for string monitoring/combiner box, Inverter, Solar PV module, mounting structure, panels, LA complete with suitable size of Copper earthing and copper Cable / strip as earthing lead as per design including termination accessories as required at site & confirming to latest IS/IEC all as specified and directed.Earthing for isolation transformer and equipments thereafter downstream will be through GI strip earthing with GI earthing lead. Main distribution board, Floor Mounted DC Panel, DC Bus, Auxiliary Buses for required load as per site requirement on DC side of inverter complete all as specified and directed.

(k)1.1KV Aluminium armouredLT power Cable as per IS 7098 from inverter to transformer of AC Cables of sizes as required at site including end joints, mid joints complete all as specified and directed. (l)LT Aux (DC & AC) control cables for UPS input, transformer, Inverter, panels of suitable size,1.1KV copper LT cable as per relevant IS complete all as specified and directed. (m)Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper cable or GI strip of suitable size as per design and as required at site.
129(n)Suitable size HDPE pipe 6kgf/cm² rating for cable protection including all necessary fitting and fixing arrangement complete as required at site all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipe, bricks etc shall deemed to be included for laying of cables HDPE pipe up to power transformer. (o)Industrial type computer One Number rugged & robust in nature to operate in a hostile environment. The computer shall be of HP make or of equivalent make having i10 of better processor with minimum 1 TB of hard drive, 21’’ LCD colour monitor, DVD Drive with writer,multimedia kit and UPS with 30 minutes Power back up. (p)Coloured laser printer : One Number as per HP model number M1005 or techno commercially equivalent model in other make as approved by GE. The printer shall be equipped for printing, scanning and copying complete. (q)Generation Metering : Suitable capacity generation digital meter arrangement with associated accessories viz CT, PT, metering box, wiring etc for commissioningwith initial inspection from local electricity supply company. (r)-Blank-
130(s)Inverter duty step up transformer - 01 No, BEE Level 5, copper wound, outdoor typeof 750 KVA or nearest size on higher side suitable for stepping up AC voltage from Power Conditioning Unit / Invertor to 11 KV confirming toIS-2026 including all latest amendments including first fill of transformer oil confirming to IS 335 , suitable plinth of size and design as per manufacture instruction with slot and clamps for incoming and outgoing cable protection pipe complete all as specified and directed (t)Isolation Transformers -2 Nos of 375 KVA or nearest higher capacity compatible with AC voltage of PCU including first fill of transformer oil confirming to IS 335 , suitable plinth of size and design as per manufacturer"s instruction with slot and clamps for incoming and outgoing cable protection pipe complete all as specified and directed (u) Isolation Transformer and step up transformer shall be installed separately. (v)Surge Protection device complete all as specified and directed. (w) Any other equipment/device/Items which are required for completion of the Solar power generation system shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the MES.
131PHASE II [MAINTENANCE, MANNING & OPERATION ]
132Services for maintenance, manning, operation and repair of Solar Power Plant for 55 months after completion of Phase I works in two shifts [08 Hours Each shift] including Saturday, Sunday & holidays after completion of work under Phase Ias per conditions of contract including the following:- (a)Work orders for outsourcing of services shall be placed for eleven months period & no price adjustment for its extension shall be permissible. The Solar Power Plant shall be operated in 02 shifts per day as directed by the GE. (b)The contractor shall deploy minimum tradesman as follows:- (i) One trained Electrical Engineer and One helper (Unskilled) in each shift as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for attending/monitoring the breakdown and preventivemaintenance. (ii) Penalty Clause:If the installation (Solar Power Generation Station) is not operated by the Electrical Engineer and Helper or found absent from duty the penalty for this lapse shall be final and binding as under:- (iii) Electrical Engineer : - Double the rate of minimum fair wages of Highly Skilled as published by the Govt of India during the absent period. (iv) Helper (Unskilled) :Double the rate of minimum fair wages of Unskilled as published by the Govt of India during the absent period.
133(c)The Electrical Engineer with minimum of a relevant degree in electrical engineering with atleast 02 years experience of working in Operation & maintenance of Solar PV plants (or)aDiploma holder in Electrical Engineering with atleast 03 years experience of working in Operation & maintenance of Solar PV plants and familiar with SCADA operating system, weathering monitoring system, HT/LT installation and security and safety features complete. The Necessary technical qualification certificate shall be produced for verification of Engineer-in-Charge & get the written approval on record before deploying for works (d) Contractor shall offer service for entire system as per inspection/ maintenance schedule as given in particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and maintain necessary record for the same. Contractor shall also ensure the following:- (i) Servicing of all solar equipment’s HT/LT control system, Transformers weather monitoring equipment’s SCADA system etc all as per OEM instructions. (ii) Cleaning of Solar PV modules by washing, sprays, brushes, tools and plants, any washing solutions as per OEM recommendations & as per laid down norms for solar power plant complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge/GE including providing arrangements for taking water from tapping point to modules.
134(iii) Checking of meter readings and recording in log book in the format and as per instruction given by Engr-in-charge/GE (iv) The Engineer shall submit reports in soft and hard copy format as required by the Engineer in charge. (v) Safety, security of all E&M equipment’s solar panels, T&P and Sub Station complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge/GE. (vi) Area cleaning including removing of grass, bushes etc as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (e)Permissions/passes shall be provided to work force/manpower of the contractor by the GE through Security Officer. (f) Repairing of all installation if required shall be carried out on site or at service centre by the contractor. Quoted rates shall be all inclusive and also include for required spares, services labour, handling and transportation charges etc.
135(g) Proper & efficient functioning of the plant must be ensured through regular inspection by qualified engineer of MNRE approved vendor of Category ‘A’as per inspection/ maintenance schedule and rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the same. (h) Contractor shall arrange one month trainingfor operation and maintenance to MES tradesman before handing over the installation to MES as directed by GE Note: Contractor shall also provide portable fire extinguisher of required capacity and quantityat the installation/Solar power plant as per MNRE approved consultant instructions. Note:- All stationery, T&P, items required to maintain the Installations,for keepingin a presentable manner and to keep plant in 100% functionable condition, payment of requisite charges and fees for SCADAto third party / SCADA OEM,are deemed to be Included in the cost of quoted rate.
136(a)For first 11 Months [The rate to be quoted by contrator shall be equal to or more thanRs. 10,31,000/- which is as per prevailing minimum fair wages]
137(b)For second 11 Months [The rate to be quoted by contrator shall be equal to or more thanRs. 11,34,000/- which is as per anticipated minimum fair wages]
138(c)For third 11 Months [The rate to be quoted by contrator shall be equal to or more thanRs. 12,47,000/- which is as per anticipated minimum fair wages]
