(c) The AOR of GE (AF) Thanjavur consisting of 3 Nos RO purifier and are to be checked and maintained per monthly basis and the rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for attending the complaints other than monthly visit, failing will attract penalty of 250 per day after 24 Hrs. (d) The payment of each equipment for per monthly basis after submitting of monthly visit by authorized person of OEM. |

(d) The payment of each equipment for per monthly basis after submitting of monthly visit by authorized person of OEM. |
| 65 | Removing the window/ split type AC upto 1.5/ 2/3/4.5 TR capacity of any make from any location for carrying out servicing complete as and when ordered and installing back at original location, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
