| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 (Part-I Specifications) and 2020 (Part-II Rates) herein after and in IAFW-2249 referred to as the MES schedules with Errata/ AmendmentNo.1 to 3 for Part-I & Errata/amendments Serial No. 1 to 122 including Section-30(Runway & Pavement)for Part-II as applicable to the said Schedules during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the Acceptance letter at the rates in the afore said MES Schedule and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249. |
| 2 | Notes: (i) The tenderer shall select "Excess (+)" or "less (-)" percentage on SSR Part-II 2020 against "Quoted rates in figures" under the column "4" and then enter the percentage in figures only under column "5" of this BOQ. (ii) For pricing of works to be ordered under this contract the applicable rates of SSR Part-II 2020shall be adjusted with the percentage quoted in this BOQ . (iii) The estimated rate inserted by MES in the BOQ is at par SSR Part-II 2020 and is for guidance only. The percentage quoted in this BOQ shall only be considered for Acceptance of tender. |
