Scope of work of prep for Arch drawings and structural drawings are attached as Appx"D". “GRIHA” guideline for Green Building Norms to be followed as per latest GRIHA VERSION MANUAL or latest SVA GRIHA MANUAL (as applicable) to ensure minimum 3-star GRIHA rating. Methodology and scope to be adopted. Preparation of BOQ including detailed working out details duly priced on SSR 2020 and latest marked rate (duly supported with min three quotation) applicable shall also be part of scope of work.
