Drawing / QAP / Job Procedure /Method Statement / Approved Document. 2. Delivery Schedule/Work Instructions/ Approved Erection Methodology. 3. Power for site work, Water at single point 4. QA/QC Documentation as per AMNS Requirement (Weld Visual, NDT <(>&<)> Final inspection). 5. Suitable cranes for Placement <(>&<)> fixing of Roof Sheet. Contractor’s Scope1. All Sheet fixing tools and tackles, seaming m/c, Sheet Cutting set, Chain blocks, Self-tapping Drill machines etc. 2. Manlifter for side sheeting up to any height shall be in the scope of vendor. 3. Loading /Unloading/Shifting of sheets from profile machine to erection site /laying <(>&<)> Fixing of Roof and side Sheets as per drawing /as per AM/NS instructions. 4. All consumables required for standing seam roof profile sheet fixing e.g., screws /clamps etc. 5. Consumables other than Welding Consumables Such as Grinding Wheel, Cutting Wheel, Buffing Wheel, Drill Bit/ Core Cutter, DA, Oxygen etc. 6. Spares for Machineries, Tools, and Tackles, Standing seam Roof Seamer (Manual and Roller) shall be in scope of vendor. 7. Sheet hole plugging with appropriate methodology in vendor scope. 8. Manpower should be as per Project Requirement to meet the Timeline. 9. Site In charge, Erection Foreman <(>&<)> Planning Engineer to expedite Progress. 10. QC Engineer, Safety Personal (Certified by AMNS QC Team). 11. Adequate Skilled Manpower for Assembling Work as per Project requirement. 12. QC Checking <(>&<)> Offer for AMNS Inspection in Prescribed Format. 13. All safety apparatus, lifeline system, fall arrestor, safety nets etc. 14. Daily Progress Report in Approved format by AM/NS. 15. Service Support during <(>&<)> After Client inspection and rectification if required. 16. Labor License, Compliance of statutory requirements as per Govt. norms <(>&<)> AMNS policies, PF/ESIC/Insurance Requirements. 17. Processing of Gate Pass <(>&<)> Other Formalities. 18. Monthly Materials Reconciliation Report. 19. Worker accommodation. 20. Transportation of workers to Worksite by Bus. No open trucks allowed for human logistics. 21. Housekeeping at Worksite daily - Area Cleaning after work completion and during site evacuation. 22. PPEs for Workers, Supervisors engaged. 23. Safety Apparatus like Flashback Arrester, Dial Gauge, Conduit Pipes Flexible Wires, DB with Proper Rating ELCB/RCCB. 24. Providing Lifeline, Safety Harness, safety/florescent jacket, Fall Arrester, Safety Net, Ladder wherever required 25. Fixing of Mounting Bolts for Assembly wherever required. 26. Levelling, Alignment, <(>&<)> Handing Over for EOT Erection, Sheeting works after clearance from AM /NS Inspection. 27. Supply of Required Approved fasteners as per approved Construction Drg /AM/NS Requirement for Erection <(>&<)> Sheeting Work. 28. Any Roof and Side Leakages shall be repaired free of cost by vendor in areas /building where sheeting work had been completed. 29. All Erection Methodologies /Method Statements shall be made by Contractor and Shall be put for Approval before AM/NS. 30. Minimum of 100 Meter power cables had to be brought by contractor to harness power from main DB of AMNS.
