GENERAL AND COMMERICAL TERMS <(>&<)> CONDITIONS FOR HIRING OF HEAVY EQUIPMENTS. 1. Prices to be inclusive of all charges including operator / driver charges +Reliver + Repairs <(>&<)> Maintenance crew + Insurance + RTO + Consumables (like fuel oil etc.) +fuel filling facility (like bowser, pick up, etc.) at site + Safety PPE . 2. Vendors have to quote basic prices. GST shall be paid extra as applicable. 3. All operators / drivers to be deployed on shift wise duty basis. 4. Equipment manufacturing year must be 2016 or later (Equipment of manufacturing year before 2016 will not be allowed) and it should be in good working condition. Any decision regarding acceptance of equipment of YOM earlier than 2016 will be taken by AMNS only in exceptional cases and rights for accepting such equipment’s will be only with AMNS. 5. Payment shall be made as per actual availability of equipment at site. 6. Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice submission. 7. Equipment should be ready to deploy / make operational at our site by 1st Jan 2024. However exact date of mobilization would be communicated 7 days in advance. 8. Final vehicle check will be done by AMNS HSE department, and all PPEs shall be in vendor’s scope. 9. All Equipment prices to be inclusive of mobilization <(>&<)> De-mobilization charges (if any). 10. Prices shall remain firm for the duration of the contract. 11. All offers to be submitted as per quotation format only. 12. Contract Period – 1st Jan 2024 to 31st Dec 2024. 13. The contract for hiring of the equipment can be extended beyond the initial period as per mutual consent <(>&<)> understanding. 14. All Equipment needs to be deployed from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm for Day Shift <(>&<)> 07:00 pm to 07:00 am for Night Shift. 15. Maintenance of 10 hours (single shift) working equipment to be carried out after 07:00 pm, for 20 hours as per discussion with Area Incharge/Reporting manger. 16. To avoid Production loss, Machine to be maintained in healthy condition for readiness for shutdown activities <(>&<)> regular work to complete in stipulated time. 17. Necessary Attachment needs to be provided with Machines as per Operational Requirement as per Site Visit. 18. In-case of Special attachment vendor to keep provision of various fittings <(>&<)> adaptors in advance for fitment in Machine. Machine must be suitable for work at the AMNS site it has to be deployed. 19. For 24 hrs healthy availability of machine <(>&<)> operator per day without any breakdown, certification will be considered 20 hrs, as 4 hrs to be considered for both shift operators break <(>&<)> refreshments. 21. The Contractor shall provide the specified equipment in healthy condition with skilled operators as per company policies. 22. The Contractor shall not move the equipment from designated work area to another area without prior approval from the Site Incharge. 23. All equipment must be in compliance with all applicable RTO, central, State, and local govt rules <(>&<)> regulations. 24. Contractor shall deploy alternate equipment for any breakdown above 48hrs duration. 25. Before deputing any new operator prior approval to be taken from site Incharge for competency assessment. 26. Daily logbook as per format provided by Site in-charge, has to be maintained by operators. 27. GPS system to be installed from common vendor which is selected by AM/NS India. Safety terms <(>&<)> conditions. 1. Contractor shall provide the equipment and operator as per land of law (e.g., RTO Laws <(>&<)> Fitness) and company policies (e.g., Safety Certification <(>&<)> Competency Training). 2. Contractor should provide required number of relievers for safe operation. No operators will be permitted to work beyond 12 hrs and should be given weekly off regularly. 3. Penalty will be applicable for violating safety/statutory norms, mobile policy/vehicle driving policy as per AMNS consequence management policy. 4. Contractor must ensure safe transport of their operator and maintenance team inside plant premises. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Whee lers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 5. Contracted Equipment should have all OEM standard safety devices and as required by AM/NS India, as per table below. Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass.
