| 1 | Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of silent Diesel Engine driven factory assembled floor mounted, generating set of capacity 160 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415Volt 50Hz, 1500 RPM ,direct injection, water cooled , multy cylender, inline, storke confirming to ISO 3046/BS5514 & CPCB Norms IV with Mechancial FIP,electronic governor, turbocharger, pluse tuned exhuast mainfoldcomplete with safety control and metering equipment mounted on common base frame ontrolley system required at site and as recommended by manufacturercomplete all as specified and directed :- Diesel Engine Gen Set shall comprising of the following:- A. DIESEL ENGINE. (a) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. (b) Flexile coupling with guards. (c) Dry type air cleaners with filters. (d) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre filter. (e) Anti-vibration pads-quantity and type as recommended by manufacturer. (f) Fuel injection system with injector pump, nozzles, governor(electronic) of suitable capacity. (g) Electric start equipment. |
| 2 | (h) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery (12Volts, 180AH- 02 Nos) with charging alternator, ammeter, as recommended by manufacturers make: Exide/Amron or equivalent along with copper battery lead and connector. (j) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron to hold two nos batteries of suitable rating. (k) Standard safety device. (l) Daily service fuel tank of suitable capacity with mechanical level indicator, detachable strainer, drain cock, fuel outlet, air vent and locking arrangement etc, including fuel pipe connections. (m) Exhaust silencer will be CPCB Norms IV (n) LCD display type control panel as per manufacturer"s instructions indicating KWH, KVA, PF, Volts, Amps, Hz, RPM, Hour, Oil pressure, Oil temperature, coolant temperature, fuel level, battery charging ammeter, battery charging lamp and inceptor lamp (RYB), panel duly prewired and displaying protection including suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB for connection purpose and safeties as under:- (aa) Protection:- short circuit, overload, over speed, earth fault as standard and reverse power as optional. (bb) Safeties:- Auto shut down, visual & audio alarm for low lub oil pressure, high coolant temperature, low fuel level, canopy temperature & radiator water level. |

Alternator 160 KVA should be brushless alterrnator, self-excited, self regulated, Class H insulation limited to temp rise of class H, salient pole revolving field, single bearing, automatic voltage rugulator with volatage (380-440) Volts, 50 HZ, current @0.8 PF 250 Amps type 4 pole, rotating field exciter type- brushless (PMG optional), leads : qty/type-6 fixed optional 12 reconnectable , voltage regulator-solid state, insulation -class H, Temperature rise (deg C) 62.5, bearing qty/type-1,sealed , coupling -flex disc voltage regulation : NO load to full load - 2 P sensing ± 1%, one step load acceptance -100% of rating unblanced load cpacility -25% of rated current. C. ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Engine -Alternator assembly mounted on AV mounts with silencer and S.S exhaust bellow suitabley optimized to meet stringent noise emission standard as laid down MOEF/CPCB, Base rail with draw out type fuel tank provided with drain plug, air vent,inlet and outlet connections ,level inidcator,mail whole, sub base fule tank with 11 hours capcity at 75% load, 12 volts dry batteries with connecting leads and terminals , 90% gloss RAL9003 white pure polyester powder coated, base in black colour , water and lub oil drain outlets located on the outer surface-leading to ease of maintenance and cleanliness. |
| 4 | Acoustics enclosure of suitable size to accommodate DG set 160 KVA, modular construction, fabricated out of 14/16 gauge (1.6mm/2mm) thick, cold annealed CRCA sheet duly epoxy painted doors to be provided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly epoxy painted. The canopy to be equipped with heavy duty fans of reputed manufacturer for air circulation and cooling the canopy.Textured insulation material as per IS 8183 comprising of fire retardant resin,organic glass/rock fiber ensure uniform long lasting absorption of sound to be used for insulation. Enclosure to be provided with one light point controlled with one switch for internal lighting. Noise level at five meter to be 75 decibels @ five meter in line as per CPCB norms IV.F. PCC platform/plinth with PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, and required brick ,cement mortar etcfor 02feet depthbelow ground level and 02 feet on the above ground level of size 18 feetX12 feet of suitablefor mountingof160 KVADG setscomplete all as specified and recommended by manufacturer. |
| 5 | Material , labour and fabrication oftrolley suitable toaccommodate 160 KVA DG Set having dimention not Less than 5.5Mx3M. Trolley made of MS Sheet, MS Plate ,MS channel, MS Angle etc. The trolley provided with following:- (a)04 Noswheels on back side axaltwo each side including tyre and tube of make CEAT/MRF/Bridge Stone (b) 02 Noswheels on front side axaloneeach side including tyre and tube of make CEAT/MRF/Bridge Stone. (c) Towing hookmade of MSchannel/angle iron, fixed with trolley for easy movement from one place to another place complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (d) Supply and fix Leaf springset (Kamani U clamps suitable to bear the load of 160 KVA DG set with fuel . (e) supply and fix axal as per requirement. (f) Supply and fix danger notice plate on each side of trolley . (g) Supply and Fix Suitable breaking system. Note. Contractor will provide drawing of trolley with specification for approval of GE E/M Lucknow before fabrication. Trolley shall be capable to take min load 10 Ton . Any other work/item not mentioned above but required during fabrication of trolley cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |
| 6 | Supplying and ,jointingcable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. |
