25M & L for 350mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC)work in Pavement of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement slab using minimum 360 Kg Ordinary Portland Cement Grade 43 per cumwith not exc 31.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate conforming to IS: 383 (grading and other parameters as specified in PS) and mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of ordinary portland cement grade 43 of PQC or as per manufacturers instuction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels, spread and compacted using slip form sensor paver , mechanically vibrated and bull nosing / rounding off the edges, curing compund, finishing the surface by belting and brooming without using extra cement etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.
26Item No 11.13 Contd ..... Notes : (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to IRC-44-2017, IS-456. (b) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete . (c) Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry and rate for use of curing compound shall be included in the unit rate quoted.. (e) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (f) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix (i.e exceeds 360 Kg). (g) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (h) The trial bay will be executed as per above specification and shall be approved by GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (j) Surface shall be finished by traverse brooming of maximum 1.5 mm deep as per ICAO or as per requirement of Air Force Authority. Brooming shall be done through auto texturing machine and rate is included in quoted rate. (k) Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 only shall be used.
27S& F for speed bump made from heavy duty ABS, UV stablised black and yellow combination, high reflective reflection having Length-70mm, width-23mm available on both sides in red , yellow colour (H=75mm, W=750mm, L=250mm )completeall as specified and as directed.
28M&L for bringing approved earth/moorum/red bajri from outside MOD land and deposited where directed including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layer n.exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape etc, n.exc 1.50m high from the base complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this earth shall be tested/ checked for suitabilty to use as IS specification.
29M&L for soil stabalization of 300mm in two layers each 150mm thick sub grade soil by uniform mixing of cement OPC 43 grade/lime/other additive @2% cement by weight of soil (Percentage of cement/additives for estimation purposes only , type of additive and percentage required for blendingshall be in mix design).Item shall incle pulverization of soil, spreading of additive, blending mix by tractor towed rotovator, addition of water/drying of mix to be required moisture content and compaction using suitable vibratory roller to required 95% maximum Dry Density, Provisions of IRC SP 89-2010 shall be refrerred to for this item, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this earth shall be tested/ checked for suitabilty to use as IS specification.
30Construction of RCC septic tank conventional type designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in ordinary soil, foundation PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for RCC wall,base slab,baffle wall and roof slab incl beam etc vent shaft,manhole openings with cover connection etccomplete with effective depth of 1.50m and overall depth of 3.0m for 50 users complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

32Supply , installation and Testing of hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in-built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and min EER 5.0.of capacity 2 TR incl shed for outdoor unit and sufficient lenght of copper pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note :- Excavation, PCC foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately.)

The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tankwith mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Jorhat. (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:- (i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,Suitable No of cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering40KVA atoutdoor atmospheric conditions at Jorhat. ,(Taking all derating factor into consideration), , 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer"s recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer"s instructions and including suitable panel with techometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc .

Note:-(i) The contractor shallsubmit QAP (Quality Assurance Programme) within 15 days after placement of order for RMU for testing of equipments at factory.RMU shall be despatch only after inspection at manufacturer premises shall be done by OEM Auth and MES auth at manufacture premises. (ii)Contractor shall furnish original Purchase Voucher of the RMU manufacturer.(iii) Contractor shall make all the testing arrangementand arrange all the testing tools @ 2 times (at the timde of commissioning and against at the time of SEI inspection for pre-commissioning test and testing at site before operation of RMU) without any extra cost.All the installations and testing tyo be done in presence of /by OEM representative. (iv)Suitable RCC platform for outdoor installation with height as required at site to mount the RMU as per manufacturer"s recommendations.
