13Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, glass panes complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).
14Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately)
15Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
16In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
17Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
18Two or more coats on new work.
19Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.
20With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
21Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:
22Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
23Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)
24Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
25Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
26Providing & Fixing Galvanizd MS wire mesh of apeture 1.4 mm with nominal dia of 0.63mm to wooden /steel doors & windows with necessary screw nails beading or welding after removing existing wire mesh (if any), all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.
27Cleaning of whole BSNL Compound including out side area near compound wall & entrance gate, removing of grass, bushes and cleaning of internal drains, roads & approach roads, collection of malba and garbage all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The cost of alll necessary tools/plants/machine required for cleaning job is inclusive in the item & shall be provided by the agency)

86Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :
87For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).
88Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
89Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):
90With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm)
91Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
92Providing Reams of A4 Size Photocopy paper of weight not less than 70GSM of ISI make to be used for maintaining day to day maintenance records in ofice and as approved by engineer-in-charge. (1 Ream=500 Sheets)
93Refilling of Printers Cartrdige of make M1136MFP to be used for maintaining day to day maintenance records of Sub-Division office of aprroved make and as approved by engineer-in-charge.
