Installed at various location of refinery premises, refinery township & air monitoring station.Job includes attending the complaints of machinesas per the complaint register and instruction of site engineer.Job includes checking of machines, identification of defect, repair/replacement of defective component.Rewinding of blower motor.Replacement of Thermostat, Blower, Fan blade, electrical switches, control knob, wires.Cleachning of air filter, removal of dust from cooling coil & condenser by removing the machine from location ifrequired.Attending the minor/major leakage of refrigerant gas R-22/R-12 arresting the leak and recharging the gas.Repair/replacement of defective bush/bearing of blower motor including lubrication of blower motor, tightening of all the electrical connection.Repair/Replacement (by repaired compressor) of defective compressor.Job includes dismantling of defective compressor either at site or at workshop after transportation of machine to workshop, taking necessary gate pass/permission from concerned authority, sending the defective compressor to repairer shop and bringing back the same/replaced (repaired) compressor from repair shop to site, re-fixing, gas charging, testing & commissioning and making the machine in perfect working condition. Replacement of all type of defective capacitor.Job also includes connection/ disconnection for heater as per requirement and also eplacing/the new fixing the new heater in the machine.The heater be provided by the department.Job complete in all respect including all consumables including gas, men & material and as per direction and instruction of site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.
