Providingpandal to facilitate voters to stand in queue or for sitting space for voters on Election day . The Pandal shall be erected on G.I pipe frame work supported on wooden ballies / steel props withdecorative cloth at the ceilling level supported on vertical wooden ballies / steel props. The vertical supports shall be covered with decorative cloth for the full height . The pandal shall be erected one day prior to the day of poll and shall be kept till the end of the polling process as per the instructions of the Engineer in -charge . The Pandal shall be dismantled and the area shall be cleaned with removal of rubbish after the end of the poll .

Providing water proofing material / G.I sheets over the pandal includingtransportation , material labour for errection and removing it after the end of the poll .

Distempering (one/ more coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work

Painting one ormore coats with superior quality ready mixed paint of steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cuttingthe patch in proper shape and preparingand plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumpingground within 50m lead. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
