Supply of Self-smoothening Polyurethane floor finish over Heavy duty floor & other areas of desired shade consisting of :1. Primer coat@1 ltr/5sqm of floor area per coat, 200 micron DFT (with moisture insensitive epoxy primer Cipy Aquoxy 50 or equivalent.)2. 1mm thick (scratch coat)PU-Concrete flooring, Duracrete MD of Cipy or equivalent3. 3mm thick Polyurethane based self-smoothening floor screed. (Duracrete MD of CIPY or equivalent), and the self-levelling layer is deaerated by spike roller to dislodge entrapped air and allowing to cure at ambient temperature.Including surface preparation (cleaning, machine grinding, filling pot holes, sealing cracks etc.) finishing, treating cracks by vedging and filling with duracrete MD or equivalent etc. all complete in accordance with approved manufacturer’s specification.

Supplyingand applying 75mm wide and 100 mm deep (vertical) covings (in areas finished with PU floor or other finish) finished radial of desired shade including 1. application of primer (Duracove Primer or equivalent), 2. laying of PU mortar screed (Duracove PU coving mortar or equivalent),3. layering smooth with PU Sealer coat (Duracover Sealer Coator equivalent) and 4. PU Top coat to give a DFT of 140 microns minimum thickness (Duracove TC or equivalent), including preparation of surface, finishing etc. all complete using materials of “Cipy Polyurethanes pvt ltd” or approved equivalent in accordance with approvedmanufacturer’s specification

Supplying and applying Aromatic PU coating (FK 666 of Cipy or equivalent) in 100 mm width and minimum DFT 100 microns, including preparation of surface, applying of masking tape for obtaining true line and removal of same and finishing etc.

Dismantling of cement mortar skirting including finishing of wall with 1:3 cement mortar. The dismantled cement skirting shall be disposed inside campus up to lead of 1km.
